Deidara flew above Aokiji
Clay birds split off from his mount and dove toward Aokiji. Each one detonated on contact, the explosives coated in armament haki to prevent Aokiji from freezing them. Each explosion broke through the ice Aokiji had created, but didn't actually manage to impact him.
Aokiji stepped back and swept his arm out. "Ice Block: Partisan."
Spears of ice launched upward towards Deidara who swerved sideways, dropping two smaller explosive doves during the process, that were ultimately blocked by Aokiji creating more ice. Deidara clicked his tongue
"Figures. Gotta hit harder when fighting these logia freaks."
Below, Kisame finally stepped in, forming sealssending water surging up Aokiji's legs before instantly freezing.
Aokiji exhaled. "Ice Time."
The water was frozen solid, but Kisame didn't stop. He formed seals and drove chakra into the sea near them, forming a massive bubble of water.
"Water Prison Shark Dance."
The frozen bay cracked. Water erupted from beneath the ice and swallowed the area. Kisame fused with samehada and vanished in the water.
Aokiji froze the water mid-rise, but the pressure kept coming. Something struck from below, sharks made of chakra had unknowingly appeared in the bubble, attacking at his legs, forcing Aokiji to reform his lower body.
Deidara used the opening. A cluster of clay spiders dropped straight down into the water
"C2."
They detonated in sequence. The explosive blasts tore through the ice and water alike, forcing Aokiji back across the battlefield. He slid, carving lines through frozen ground.
Aokiji steadied himself. "You two aren't giving me a second."
He thrust his arm forward. "Ice Pheasant Beak."
A massive ice bird tore through the air. Deidara banked hard, but the wing clipped his mount. He spun, recovered, and dropped altitude.
Kisame burst out of the water behind Aokiji, swinging his arm toward Aokiji. Aokiji turned and blocked with a wall of ice. Kisame broke straight through it, his body now coated in a dark armament haki.
"Tch."
Aokiji countered, freezing Kisame's arm mid punch. Kisame laughed and ripped free, taking chunks of ice with him, but remaining ultimately unaffected.
Deidara didn't wait. He clapped his hands.
"C3."
He dropped a single bomb, but even Kisame was stunned to see him use that while he remained so close.
"Bastard are you crazy?"
Aokiji's eyes widened slightly. He slammed both palms down. "Ice Age."
Ice raced outward, forming a massive shield beneath the bomb. The explosion hit. The shield shattered, but it absorbed enough force to keep the blast from tearing through Marineford entirely.
The smoke cleared, showing Aokiji, breathing heavier now. His coat was torn. Ice reformed slower around his body. So he gambled that I'd block it. He used that to exhaust some of my stamina.
Deidara hovered, chewing clay again. "You're tough. Let's see how long that lasts."
Kisame appeared next to him, having also understood the true motive of that previous attack.
"Let's keep him busy and whittle him down," Kisame said. "We don't need to win fast."
Aokiji looked at both of them, then at the battlefield burning around them.
"This isn't looking good."
He raised his arm again, ice spreading, ready to continue.

Hidan and Kakazu were engaged in battle with several vice admirals having already taken down smoker, when Kakazu suddenly sensed danger and moved quickly, narrowly avoiding a beam of light that was shot at him.
His eyes narrowed as he glanced at the new attacker approaching.
Kizaru slowly spoke "My my you dodged that? What a scary man~"
Although he said this he didn't seem the slightest bit intimidated and turned into a beam of light heading straight towards Kakazu and kicking him away.
Kakuzu skidded across the ground, barely stabilizing himself as he tore up the stone with his heels. The vice admirals hesitated for only a moment before pulling back, none of them wanted to be anywhere near that exchange.
Kizaru reformed a short distance away, hands in his pockets.
"Speed really is everything~" he said lightly. "You're tough, but you can't even hit me."
Before Kakuzu could respond, Kizaru vanished again.
A kick slammed into Kakuzu's side. Then another. Then a beam pierced through one of his masks before it could react. Kakuzu retaliated, extending his arm covered in haki and his remaining 3 masks sending elemental blasts, but every attack passed through afterimages or struck empty ground.
Hidan tried to rush in, scythe swinging wildly.
"HEY! STOP ZIPPING AROUND AND LET ME CUT YOU!"
Kizaru appeared behind him and kicked him straight through a ruined wall.
"Immortal or not, that still hurts, right~?"
Kakuzu clenched his teeth.This is irritating. He's already destroyed 2 of my hearts in these briefs exchanges. He's too fast to hit and I have no way to pin him down. That idiot Hidan is no help either
Kizaru flashed away, crossing his arms
"Yasakani no Magatama."
Light rained down. Kakuzu crossed his arms, hardening them with haki as explosions tore into him. His threads snapped back instinctively, anchoring him before he could be blown apart.
At this point Kakazu was genuinely considering retreating.
However, a booming sound tore through the area and lightning slammed down between them, splitting the ground.
Kizaru halted mid-motion, reforming a few steps back.
"…Oh?"
A tall figure stood where the lightning had struck, an arrogant smile on his face as usual.
Enel glanced sideways at Kakuzu."You looked like you were about to lose."
Kakuzu exhaled once. "Took you long enough."
Kizaru sighed, rubbing his chin. "You again… This battlefield really is cursed~"
Enel's grin widened, lightning spiking outward. "Don't worry, this'll be the last time we fight."
Kizaru raised a leg, light gathering. "How scary~ You're gonna take me down??"
Both vanished at the same time, light and lightning colliding overhead, the impact sending a shockwave across the battlefield as Kakuzu and Hidan regrouped below, finally given room to breathe.
Enel's lightning had grown even stronger during the war, his observation haki and armament growing immensely as well, so keeping up with Kizaru now was no trouble at all.
Kizaru's face darkened as the fight went on, realizing he genuinely had to take Enel seriously now.
"I sure hope I get a nice bonus for this.."
Enel laughed mockingly.
"A bonus? You should be hoping you survive."
Lightning wrapped around Enel, his form growing into a massive being of lightning. "Thor!"
Showcasing shocking speed for his size, Enel appeared overhead firing consecutive pillars of lightning, caging in Kizaru, who braced himself and blocked.
Enel didn't let up.
Another pillar of lightning slammed down, and then aother. Kizaru flashed away, reappearing a few feet away, only to be met by a lightning clone waiting exactly where he emerged. The clone detonated on contact sending jolts of electricity through the unprepared Kizaru.
Kizaru clicked his tongue and drew his blade of light."Ama no Murakumo."
He slashed upward, cutting straight through Enel's torso, only for the body to disperse into lightning, paralyzing him again.
Enel's voice echoed above him.
"Too slow."
The real Enel descended, arm coated in Armament Haki, and drove a lightning-charged punch straight into Kizaru's chest. Kizaru was sent crashing across the battlefield, skidding through broken ice and stone before stopping.
The marines nearby froze.
An admiral… sent flying.
Kizaru rose, coughing, however he quickly regained his bearings and crossed his arms once more. "Yasakami no Magatama" a storm of light bullets rained towards Enel.
Enel however looked amused, even bored
"That same trick again?"
Lightning exploded outward, intercepting every beam. The clash didn't stall however, the lightning overpowered the light and continued towards Kizaru.
Enel vanished from sight. Kizaru's eyes widened just before Enel appeared directly in front of him sending a knee to his gut, then following up with an elbow to his back, and finishing with a kick that drove Kizaru straight into the ground.
Kizaru tried to reform, but Enel was already there again, arm extended.
"Raitei."
The blast buried Kizaru into the earth, leaving a smoking crater.
Silence spread as the Marines stared in disbelief.
Akainu was dead.Aokiji was being forced back by Kisame and DeidaraAnd now Kizaru was being completely overwhelmed by Enel. Even the vice admirals were being picked off by Hidan, Kakazu, and Sasori.
Some marines dropped their weapons and simply began to give up.
Vice admirals hesitated, their Observation Haki screaming danger with nowhere to go.
Enel hovered above the crater, lightning crackling wildly around him, eyes cold.
"This war is already decided."
He looked across Marineford, toward the chaos, toward Nagato's towering Susanoo, toward the marines breaking.
"Yahahahaha… you humans really thought that you could stand up to Gods."
