Lara took a deep breath, and as the sound of the orchestra floated into her ears, she walked into the garden.
And she gasped. Adrian and Lisa's garden had been transformed for the wedding, and it took Lara's breath away.
The natural flowers were so beautiful, and the way the seating arrangement was done around it made it more exquisite. Tiny birds flew around, trailing ribbons as they wove in and out of the crowd.
Twinkling lights hung overhead, shining like little stars over the seated crowd, and everyone looked beautiful. Elegant.
Tears stung the back of Lara's eyes. She had wanted a simple wedding, and they had given it to her. Nothing too extravagant. Yet it took her breath away.
The highlight of the transformed garden however, was the man standing in front of the altar.
