Chapter 25 - Code Name: Seduce 8

"You feel it, don't you?" Zylus grabbed Will's bald head, "The pain you caused to others."

"I'm sorry, I swear! Just please! This pain! Please!" Will gripped his chest; the pain grew more apparent as time went on.

[Mission: Murder Will Dime]

"You know, I had a quest to murder you," Zylus said, "But now, you're not even worth killing."

[Do you wish to increase the traumatic levels on the target?]

[Increasing pain measured in voltage: 20,000 Volts]

Volts, interesting… I've never done physics, to be honest.

"Ahhhhhh!" Will's screams felt even more painful now.

[Do you wish to decrease the effects for 5 minutes?]

[Decreasing: 34%]

[69%]

[100%]

[Technique nullified for 5 minutes]

"Heh heh heh." Will began breathing in relief; he had wondered what had just happened. "Please, I'll do anything! I'll change! Don't allow me to go through that once more!"

"Why should I consider your pain, when you never considered someone else's?" Zylus asked, pulling his katana from his inventory once more.

[Weapon Formed]

[Weapon: Demonic Katana]

"M-Me. Because God says we all deserve second chances." His grin, shaped into deception.

At this point, Will didn't even know what he was saying; he wasn't trying to deceive Zylus, but he was trying to do the same for himself. Not caring for a single soul he had ever worked with, including his own family members, was just the man he was. Even amongst humans, he should've been considered a 'Demon.'

Sweep!

"Ahhh!" Will looked down, he felt something dripping, "Blood! My blood! It hurts! The pain!"

"Relax, I only poked your right eye using this katana, which makes it more enjoyable to watch," Zylus smirked.

"Brother!" Will screamed, but no one came.

"Fat shit, I told you already, no one is coming to save you, and definitely not a man I deceived." Zylus forcefully widened Will's left eye so he could view the devilish grin he had on.

[Technique will now reactivate]

"Oh," Zylus whispered, "I'm going to leave now, but before I do. You'll have to live with this for as long as I live."

[33% Activation Complete]

"No…" The man already began feeling the pain once more.

[66% Complete]

"Please!" Will screamed, grabbing his shoe.

He began kissing Zylus's shoe continuously.

Bang!

Zylus kicked him back into the barrier. Now making a large thump.

"Fuck, that might've been too loud," Zylus whispered.

[99% Complete]

[100% Complete]

[Activating!]

"Ahhhhh!" Will began just as he did in the beginning; agony swept inside his body.

Zylus began walking backwards, "Teleport."

[Inventory]

[Item: Teleport]

[Teleport: Teleports the user to a designated location inside the Demon Realm]

[Use or Refuse?]

[If you use consequences will be met, as you haven't killed Will Dime yet]

"I rather let him live in pain than allow him to rest in peace," Zylus whispered. Will continued to scream; the aching never stopped.

"It's him! Brother, it's that man! Kill him!" Will suddenly screamed, and Zylus wondered what he was screaming at. "Ahhhh!" The pain caught up to him.

And as Zylus looked in the opposite direction, it was Alex, Will's little brother. But now, he wasn't engulfed in flames anymore. Zylus felt the enraging aura because he was the same way, and still is. They were alike in a way; both lived through consecutive consequences, but only one of them came victorious in this bout.

"Too late." Zylus grinned.

[Use]

[Teleporting in 3]

[2]

"Ahhhh!" Alex screamed, "I'm going to kill you!"

Alex began to rush towards Zylus. Alex looked even faster, much stronger, and more overwhelming than the source of evil Zylus originally felt coming at him. Even amongst this fear, Zylus smiled through it all.

[1]

[Teleporting Soon]

"I got him, brother… I got him!-"

"Did you now?" Zylus cut Alex's words short as Alex put his hand through Zylus.

The hand simply went through Zylus, as if he were a hologram, or a ghost, nothing.

"When I'm in this mode, nobody can touch me, but I can't touch others as well. This is bye-bye for now, little brother." Zylus smiled as his body began fading.

[User will now be teleported to the designated location inputted onto the teleportation item]

And just there, Zylus had now teleported, into complete and utter nothingness, for simply a moment.

"Brother! Are you alright?!" Alex rushed over towards him, "What should I do?"

"I…" The pain paused Will from replying, "I've messed up, brother…" He spat out blood. "Ahhhh!" The pain caught up to him once more.

"No, who should I call?!" Alex screamed, holding Will's agonised body in his palms.

Even as bad as Will was to everybody else, he always made an exception towards his little brother. Will grew up in a family that was framed for money laundering. Ever since then, both his parents have been publicly tortured. In this world, they still live by slavery, torture, and public executions. Will and Alex watched their parents, and tears fell once they realised they couldn't do anything.

And even amongst all this, they wanted to change the world, to make it a better place. But the more this went on, the more they realised it was inevitable. They understood that this world can't be changed; they must simply change themselves to benefit more from this world. This ambition overtook Will's desire to change it into a more peaceful place. Alex had to follow through, even as much as he didn't want to; he couldn't leave his older brother in the dark all alone.

They grew, and continued growing, learning how to earn more money, illegally, using selfish desires. They did all this in the dark, by themselves. Soon, they created this organisation, the 'Underealm.' And then, everything started to change. Will began to receive money from the government for hosting it, while Alex learned martial arts to protect his brother.

That's where they met it… their first ever spirit acquaintance. He came to them with helpful wishes, so they could work together to infiltrate the Demon realm. The spirit blamed all of their troubles on Demons, saying they were the reason that negatives exist in this wretched world. And so, the spirits deceived them…
