Half an hour later.
Having carefully read the detailed introduction to the contents of the Lv.2 Genshin Impact card pool, Levi wrote down the items he planned to pull for on a piece of parchment. At the same time, he clicked on the designated option and found the 'Low-Tier Constellation Exchange Ticket'.
According to the introduction and catalog provided by the exchange ticket,
Levi learned that the Constellations provided by the system were items specifically used to strengthen a corresponding elemental Vision.
Upon its first use, a virtual constellation composed of five dark stars and one bright star would appear within a Vision that previously had no Constellation blessing.
At this point, the Vision's level would automatically increase to 4-star.
And it would gain the ability to consume elemental energy to release an Elemental Skill magic and an Elemental Burst magic.
Afterward, for each additional Constellation of the same type used, one of the dark stars in the Vision's virtual constellation would be lit, bringing various benefits.
Levi had played Genshin Impact in his past life. Although he quit the game a bit early, he still knew which characters had more powerful skills.
If possible, he actually wanted to directly pull for the Constellation of Liyue's Geo Archon, Rex Lapis, Zhongli.
Unfortunately, perhaps because the exchange ticket's tier was not high enough, the Constellations for Zhongli, Venti, the Raiden Shogun, and Nahida were not yet available in the exchange catalog.
Even the Constellations for some characters who had reached the level of Adepti or were servants of Archons in the game's lore had not yet been unlocked.
However, quite a few Constellations for characters that should have been 5-star in the game of his past life were mixed in with the many 4-star character Constellations, such as Kamisato Ayaka's Grus Nivis, Hu Tao's Papilio Charontis, and Diluc's Noctua.
Levi was a very cautious person. Although he yearned to become stronger, he understood that he had to be standing, to be alive, to deal damage.
In the Dungeon, as long as one could preserve their life, there was always a way to recover their combat strength and slowly grind down their opponent.
Conversely, even with ten thousand attack methods, it was nothing more than dancing on a tightrope; no one knew if they would plunge into the abyss in the next moment.
Therefore, after confirming the exchange list for the Constellations, he was immediately drawn to 'Constellation: Felis Catus'.
This Constellation came with two magic spells:
The first was 'Icy Paws,' which allowed him to create up to five cat-paw-shaped Cryo Element condensates for attack by consuming Cryo energy. When a condensate hit a target, the wielder would simultaneously receive a 360-degree, all-around, gapless, spherical, semi-transparent shield that could absorb an amount of damage directly proportional to their own Endurance ability score.
The second was 'Signature Mix,' which, by consuming Cryo energy, condensed a bottle of phantom liquor. After being thrown on the ground, it could form a field of icy alcoholic mist that continuously healed the wielder and units marked as friendly by the wielder, while also dealing Cryo Element damage to other units. After the field disappeared, it could also restore 15% of the Vision's maximum Cryo energy.
The former provided a damage-reduction shield, while the latter combined area-of-effect magic attack and group healing.
It was simply Levi's dream Constellation for the Lv.2 stage.
As for the effects provided by subsequent Constellations, Levi didn't care much. It would be best if he could spook them in later pulls, but it didn't really matter if he didn't.
With this in mind, Levi raised his hand and lightly touched the 10-pull button with his index finger.
In the next instant, without the slightest surprise, one green, nine white... oh, now it was one blue and nine green—ten shooting star phantoms appeared before him.
Whoosh, pop!
Whoosh, pop!
Whoosh, pop!
...
Perhaps it was an implicit gacha bonus from just reaching Lv.2, or maybe it was the influence of the Development Ability 'Luck'.
After pressing the 10-pull button for the eighth time, a purple light quietly emerged.
A second later:
[You have obtained: Low-Tier Constellation Exchange Ticket x1, Lv.2 Designated Ability Score Boost Ticket (+100) x1, Lv.2 Designated Ability Score Boost Ticket (+10) x5, Skill Proficiency Boost Ticket (100 days) x3.]
After using the exchange ticket to convert it into Felis Catus, Levi then spent another 160 pulls on the Lv.1 card pool to get a Cryo Element Vision—he lost the soft pity to a 3-star Catalyst, Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers, which was completely useless to him.
After the two were combined, they became:
[Vision (Felis Catus · C1) · 4-Star (Bound)]
[Indestructible]
[Cryo Element: 0/200 (↑100)]
[Actively convert own mana or passively convert mana from the environment into stored Cryo Element (Effect ↑)]
[Consume Cryo Element to convert normal attacks into Cryo-attribute attacks (Effect ↑)]
[Consume Cryo Element to slowly raise ability scores (Effect ↑)]
[Innate Magic:]
[Elemental Skill · Icy Paws · 4-Star: Consume 1 Cryo Element to condense one cat-paw-shaped Cryo condensate, up to five can be condensed simultaneously. When a Cryo condensate hits a target, it can grant the wielder a layer of Cryo Element shield whose damage absorption is proportional to their Endurance ability score, or grant an existing shield additional damage absorption. While the shield is active, it consumes 5 Cryo Element per minute. The shield's damage absorption can be stacked up to a maximum of 10 times the wielder's Endurance ability score.]
[Elemental Burst · Signature Mix · 5-Star: Consume 100 Cryo Element to condense a bottle of phantom liquor. After being thrown on the ground, it can form a field of icy alcoholic mist that continuously heals the wielder and units marked as friendly by the wielder, while also dealing Cryo Element damage to other units. The healing effect is proportional to the wielder's Endurance ability score. The area of effect and duration are modified by the wielder's level and Magic.]
[C1 Benefit: When the field of icy alcoholic mist from 'Signature Mix' disappears, restore 15% of the Vision's maximum Cryo Element.]
...
With the Constellation-enhanced Vision in hand, Levi naturally had to confirm its specific effects.
The test results were as follows:
First, the conversion ratio of his own mana to Cryo Element. Based on the conversion rate of his ability scores during his Lv.1 period, there should be no major change.
However, the speed at which the Vision passively absorbed mana from the environment had indeed increased.
Second was the Vision's innate enchanted attack effect. He could now invest 2 Cryo Element at once to maintain the enchanted state for 1 minute while also increasing the power of the attached Cryo Element.
Finally, there was the boost to his ability scores. 20 Cryo Element could be exchanged for 10 minutes of training time, subsequently increasing Strength, Endurance, Dexterity, Agility, and Magic by 1 point each. The effect, well... how to put it, was still in that awkward category of being too tasteless to enjoy, yet a pity to discard.
As for the magic spells the Vision now carried after being enhanced by the Constellation, Levi planned to test them later in the Dungeon to prevent accidentally collapsing his home base.
Next, he opened his inventory again, took out a Lv.1 Ability Score Boost Ticket (+10) that he had just pulled, and ignited it with a thought.
The next second.
[Endurance: I1/SSS1299 → I2/SSS1299]
Levi's lips curled into a smile as he watched the minute change in his ability score panel.
'This way, I don't have to worry about the lower-level ability score boost tickets going to waste.'
Now that he had a Vision that provided its own shield and healing, he naturally needed to pull for a matching weapon, and of course, Artifacts.
As for weapons, the Recurve Bow that could restore health after killing monsters could continue to be used for now. But for close-quarters combat, Levi was in urgent need of a longsword, since he had sold the Sky-Piercing Sword to Hephaestus.
After some searching, he finally settled on the 'Favonius Sword'.
