"Since you have lived your life without hurting others I will grant you three wishes before reincarnating you. But remember these three wishies cannot be outrageous." The king of hell said to a wandering soul.
"Before I tell my wishes I want to know two things. Where am is getting reincarnated to? America, China, or any other place. And to what time period?" The soul asked.
"The amount of time that your soul could stay on your earth has run out. You are going to be assigned to another Earth in another universe. With no knowledge of your former life." he explained.
"From what I remember it should be the earth where abilities known as Ninjutsu could be used and Ninjas are present almost everywhere." He answered.
"And for the period? I don't know. It's not within my jurisdiction." He continued.
"Ninjutsu? Then it should be the world of Naruto." The soul said.
"Then I wish for Rennigan, a chakra pool larger than both Naruto and Ninetails combined, and the ability to use every kekkei genkai." The soul stated.
"That request is too outrageous. You can't wish for which partents of clan you are going to be born into because that is for their own deities and gods to decide. And I can't give you physical conditions that go beyond what the common sense of their world. Try to make three wishes that are not too out of the world." he said.
".... Then I wish to be a genius in combat at least as smart as you could make me, chakra pool as large as you could give me, and retain all my knowledge about the world that I am going to be assigned to." The soul requested.
"I can fulfill the first two requests but the last cannot be fully fulfilled since you are going to get a new body. The most you will be able to get is to get some information that you would want to know in the form of dreams. Do you want to change your last request?" he asked.
"I think that should be enough." the soul stated.
"Then I wish you luck on your new life." The king of hell said as the souls dispersed into nothingness.

"What the hell is that dream?" A boy said as he woke up from his sleep.
"And why did I say Naruto in that dream. Isn't he the demon responsible for the death of the Fourth Hokage?" The boy said.
I heard that he also became a Genin a year before me and also joined the Chunin exam. The boy thought in his mind.
He was a boy who was twelve years old and had just graduated from Konoha Academy.
He was a Genin who could be considered to be only slightly above the people from his class in the years with no notable genius.
The previous year is the year when Konoha produced 11 geniuses who can be considered to be the greatest in their whole history
Because of this the talent in the year when the boy was in was currently lacking.
He then looked at the black clothed headband with the Konoha symbol that was on a table near his bed.
In terms of appearance, He is a bit taller than boys his age.
He wears a black t-shirt with a white hoodie, black pants that can be said to be a little baggy.
He has a father who worked as a weapon merchant but no mother.
And his father is usually away in other shinobi villages especially the hidden stone village and cloud village, two villages that always seem to be trying to build military power.

"Today we are going to find the flower that Mr. Yamanaka asked for." The jonin instructor who was in charge of the team he was assigned to said.
Again. When are we going to get a real mission? The boy thought in his mind.
"And Akiko. Your request for the Chunin exam has been approved." The jonin instructor said.
"Do you really want to do it. Realistically you should only enter the exam after gaining years of experience." The instructor noted.
"Yes. If felt that I am ready for the next step." Akiko said.
"Remember you can die." the instructor stated.
"I would have wanted to personally train you but I am only an ordinary sensory ninja who is not very good at combat. If you really want to take the exam I recommend that you seek this person out." The jonin instructor said as he handed a slip of paper
On that paper was an address.
"His name is Santa Yamanaka. Despite being a sensor ninja just like me he is from the Yamanaka clan. His skill in combat is really impressive compared to mine. So be sure to go and find him, I have already told him about you." He said.
"If you are fine with it I can even introduce you to him after we find the flower." The instructor said to Akiko.
Akiko realized that his instructor might have asked Santa Yamanaka while he was going to get today's mission.
"Thank you." Akiko thanked the instructor.
He didn't feel very close to his jonin instructor or his other two teammates since the two had never shared a life-or-death experience or had many common interests.
But the instructor was still someone who wanted the best for him and his other two students.
"You don't have to thank me it's just my duty. After a few months, I would just go back to training another bunch of Genin. I just hope that you don't end up like some of my students." He said.
"Many of them are also confident in their abilities and took the Chunin exam but in reality they are unprepared. All of them failed and in some cases, they even died." He stated.
"You are just one of many genins that I have to look after. I can't afford to care much about you or any of my other students because any one of us can die at any time." He said with a serious tone.
