Chapter 38 - Let's See Whose Grave Gets Overgrown

The dice master was truly persistent, always changing seats to face Tobby Curry whenever he sat at a table. Given Tobby's tendency to go all-in at any moment, as long as the dice master could manipulate things to make Tobby lose just once, he could declare Tobby as having failed.

I lifted my twenty thousand chips, realizing that continuing like this was not a viable strategy.

I deliberately paced around the ten dice gambling tables without placing a bet.

That guy followed me unhurriedly, keeping an eye on me.

I stood in the central aisle. At that moment, a table opened up, revealing the results. I memorized the dice data, but instead of sitting down, I continued to pretend to stroll around, my ears already attuned to the patterns and frequency of the dice master's rotations at that table.

When everyone had placed their bets and before the dice master could open the box, I suddenly rushed over: "Wait a minute, bet small, 12,800!"
