Selene's POV
My eyes widened in shock as I stared at the middle-aged man standing by the counter. Beside him was a young woman clinging sheepishly to his arm with a wide smile on her lips.
That man…. He was Jack Casper, Amelia's father, the man who had raised me for eighteen years.
And the woman? It was more than obvious that she was his Mistress.
I had always known Jack as a loving husband and devoted family man. I couldn't believe the scene before me. Never in my life did I think a man as loving as Jack would be cheating on his beloved wife behind closed doors. I had once thought the world of jack but now, all I see is a cheating scumbag hiding behind a perfect facade.
What an irony of life.
My gaze swept around the space and I couldn't help but wonder what were they doing in a health store? Was he sick?
Dipping my hand into my purse , I pulled out my phone from my purse, whispering to myself, "This would come in handy someday."
