Amelia's POV
Howling of wolves could be heard miles away as Crimson's pack stood malignantly, basking in the darkness of the night. Dry leaves made rustling noises as they swept the quiet street of the city.
I walked hurriedly to a black jeep and stood impatiently waiting for the servant whom I had assigned to carry Selene. Time was running out, and the man I had ordered to sleep with selene had called again.
In a few minutes, the servant walked towards me with Selene hanging on his shoulder.
Selene, unconscious, was tossed into the back seat of the car, and I glanced spitefully at her.
"You will regret ever messing with me, Selene," I said before slamming the door shut.
"Did anyone see you when coming?" I asked the servant, and he shook his head
"No, Ms Amelia, I made sure granny's helpers didn't see me either."
"Good. You may leave." I said, twirling the car keys slowly.
