First race this season. The circuit seems to be pretty full. Obviously it does. Everyone wants to see for themselves. It's the season opener after all.
Drivers begin walking out towards the grid, their fans screaming and waving from the grandstands. 20 racers in all. 2 in each team, making a total of 10 teams. Among them were; Charles Leclerc (making his debut for Ferrari), Lewis Hamilton (from Mercedes), Max Verstappen (in RedBull), Carlos Sainz and Lando Norris (rookie) from McLaren and George russel (also rookie) from Williams team.
Today's race was held at 'Albert Park Circuit in Melbourne', making it an Australian Grand Prix. Today, the 17th of March, had perfect racing conditions. It was warm and sunny, with the temperatures around 24–25°C.
Everything felt electric. The vibes gave off pure excitement. The crowd's enthusiasm was met with the driver's energy.
A quiet kid sat in one of the seats clutching the hoodie Carlos Sainz had signed for him earlier. Eyeing the crowd then the cars, he was uncertain no more. This was the path he was meant to follow. Fate wanted him standing here. On a circuit full of fans chanting out his name. He was going to walk on this path until he became someone like Sainz. A racer for McLaren.
This is going to be his life. Nothing can stop him.
