Chapter 60 - Chapter 60: Culinary Experiments and Hidden Desires

Taking the stone out of the dead fish's mouth, Owen said with dissatisfaction: "This is a Sharp-Tooth Fish. Its bite force is very strong, but once it leaves the water and comes onto land, it can't survive. Look carefully before catching next time."

Rowan didn't say anything. He indeed hadn't recognized this monstrous fish that bit people yet still caught it, so he assessed it a few times.

The Sharp-Tooth Fish's teeth were jagged, its eyes bulged out, it had several whiskers on both sides, and a protruding fin on its back—it looked very strange.

"Is this type edible?" Rowan guessed.

Owen had never eaten it, so he wasn't sure: "Let's bring it back and try. If it's not edible, we'll throw it away."

Rowan went back to catching fish, letting Owen stand aside to keep watch. Only after successfully catching two fat fish did he stop.

Owen cleaned and processed all the fish while he was at it before bringing them back to the cave.
