Chapter 43 - The Lady and The Knight

(Ellion's POV)

"I've received word that Tyg doesn't remember much of last night." Genna said as she covered her mouth with her fan, "Whatever you did, it must've worked."

We were outside the building, watching how the soldiers and Knights went about on the street.

I nodded, "Do not bring anything up." I said, "Go about your day as normal. Have you spoken to Lady Cassana?"

"No, but I don't think anyone else has said anything." Genna said, "Tyg hasn't said anything either, he simply gave me the cold shoulder as usual. I was so nervous, Ellion."

"Don't give anyone a reason to suspect anything." I said as I crossed my arms, "Just pretend everything is as normal."

"Mayhaps we should stop what we are doing for a while." She said, "Just act as my bodyguard as usual."

"Hm, if that is what you want." I said, "I will find it hard to go about my day if that's the case."

"Do not start." She said, "I cannot risk anyone knowing anything, especially if Tyg saw us."

"Relax, would you?" I said, "I've already had it handled, okay? If he doesn't remember, we are in the clear. Just keep quiet for now, alright?"

She nodded, "Very well."

I sighed, "Don't go freaking out." I said, "It's going to be fine."

"What is?" I heard someone speak

I turned to see Joanna walking up to us, "Oh, My Lady." I said as I straightened up, "I did not see you there."

Dammit, at this point, I have to keep my Observation Haki on at all times. I can't get snuck up on while I am talking like this with Genna.

"Oh, Sister!" Genna said with a chuckle, "What is it?"

Joanna frowned, "Well...." She said, "I must have misheard, but I heard Ser Ellion saying something being fine."

"Oh, don't worry about that." Genna fanned herself, "Ellion was merely speaking about his standing with my brother, your husband. Weren't you, Ellion?"

I nodded, "Yea, that's right." I said as I looked at Lady Joanna, "And the lad?"

"Oh, Tyrion is inside already." Joanna said, "Ser Ellion, might I speak to Genna alone for a bit? This is....personal."

I stepped to the side, "Of course, My Lady." I said, "Go right on ahead."

Genna was looking at Joanna, "What could this be?"

"Let us go somewhere more private." Joanna said

As the two of them walked inside, I stood there watching them enter through the doorway. I then let out another sigh and turned around, making my way down the street. I have heard that most of the Noble Houses were about to take off, but not before meeting with the King, who was still in Lannisport.

I wonder if I will see Lady Cassana again. I would very much love to have sex with her again. Her warmth was very comforting and her pussy felt amazing, it was amazing.

As I walked, I caught a glimpse of black hair, causing me to look to the side and see a girl walking past me. In that brief moment, I saw that she was shorter than I was and petite, with a good figure. For some reason, my entire body turned to the side, trying to see the girl's face. I could barely see her eyes, but they somehow pulled me in towards her.

I stopped, "Whoa..." I said as I stood there, seeing as she was walking, ".....a beauty."

The girl stopped and turned to look at me with her beautiful violet eyes, piercing right through me. She was incredibly beautiful; her mere sight made my body go numb, I couldn't explain the sensation that I was feeling. She was rather young too, possibly my age, and her youth was quite noticeable.

"Oh my." Her voice was calm and serene, an alluring hint to it, "If it isn't Ser Ellion Red-Hair."

I frowned, "You know me?"

"Of course I do." She said with a slight smile, "I was there when you became the Champion of The Tourney, watching you defeat my brother."

"Your Brother?" I asked while tilting my head, "Hm.....wait, that means..."

"You are quite astute." She said, her smile widening even more, "Yes, My brother is Ser Arthur."

"Ohh, is that so?" I said with a chuckle, "You must be Lady Ashara then."

"It is a pleasure to meet you."

**************

(Third Person POV)

"I have become infuriated with Tywin lately." Joanna said softly as she sat next to Genna, "I am becoming exhausted with him, Genna."

Genna frowned, "What?"

The two of them were alone in the room, Nidia having left them some wine before leaving. Tywin and his brothers had gone to a meeting with the King, so they were not in the building. It was not long before the Lannister Lord would send his family back up to Casterly Rock. Joanna knew that Genna would either return to the Riverlands or spend some time in Lannisport as she usually does, so she wanted to confide with her in secret.

"Tywin's attitude to Tyrion, it is exhausting." Joanna said as she looked down at the floor, "The boy is his son, why must he be so cold?"

"Oh, Joanna..." Genna placed her hand on her lap, "Tywin is....well, he is...."

"He is my husband, I know that." Joanna said as tears formed in her eyes, "But if he cannot show any love or at least warmth to his son, I don't know what to think. It has been going on since he was born, Genna, this.....rift.....I....I cannot handle it anymore!"

"What are you saying?" Genna asked, "Joanna...."

"I don't know...." Joanna sniffed, wiping her tears away, "I just want Tywin to stop being like that to him. Because of him, everyone treats Tyrion coldly. Jaime is his brother, and he loves him, but sometimes he is kept away from Tyrion due to Tywin's orders. Cersei only tolerates him because of me, but she sees Tywin's disapproving stare, and she distances himself from him. He will isolate his son to the shadows, and I fear for what he will become, my precious boy..."

"It is going to be fine." Genna said, "When the twins are older, they will be able to choose whether or not to listen to their father. Jaime will never neglect his brother, I am sure of it. And Cersei, just teach her to be nice to the boy. They all love you more than they fear their father, just know that."

Joanna nodded and sighed, "I just.....I just found it a breath of fresh air." She said softly, "Seeing someone that is not part of this House treat Tyrion so warmly. Everyone else is afraid of interacting with him, lest they receive Tywin's punishment. But Ser Ellion has been good to him, to my boy."

Genna smiled warmly, "Ellion is a good person." She said, "I can personally vouch for him."

Joanna smiled slightly, "I like him." She said, "He is a good man."

"With a good heart."
