Chapter 16 - CHAPTER 16: Bad News

Fagget now stared at the Witch, what was her command? she had been so concentrated with getting to the Witch that she forgot what she wanted from her. But then a flashing image of her dad getting fired from his job was placed into her memory. "Um Witch lady my command is for my family to become very wealthy," the Witch chuckled a few times and Fagget tried listening to what she was saying. "Of course, same old same old these people are always tryna get money actin like it's gonna make them happier." Fagget was stunned for a moment but then adjusted herself, but the Witch was just staring into her crystal ball. "Witch lady, can you please hurry up this is very important you have no idea how this is going to help my family."

The Witch sighed, "slow down little girl and let me see if this amount of money I will grant you is worth the amount you will be giving me." Then it hit Fagget, how could she really trust this Witch or Lady was actually legit. How could she make sure that the so-called Witch, was perhaps a fraud. Fagget also realized that it wouldn't make sense for her to give the Witch money and the Witch grants her more. Because if Fagget wasn't to get more it would be useless and wouldn't make sense at all. "Witch lady how can I trust that you will really give me the money and not just let my family keep rolling in poverty." The Witch now smiled evidently at Fagget, "I always knew you were a smart one as soon as you entered."

The Witch winked and all around the Witch and Fagget were metal walls trapping Fagget in. The Witch chuckled some more now, while suddenly strings came out of Fagget's chair tying her from her shoulders to her feet. Then a final one was placed in between her mouth preventing her from speaking. The Lady got up and behind her came out a masculine man who wrapped his hands around her. He gave her a little kiss on the cheeks before staring at Fagget dead in the eyes. "Bobby baby were gonna make so much money out of her," the man smiled at the lady's remark. Who appeared to either be his girlfriend or his wife, "she's going to be so much fun isn't she sweetie," he whispered into her ear. Someone hit Fagget on the head and knocked her out cold, everything went black.

Fagget woke up in a dark place in contrast to where she was beforehand, she was still tied up to a chair though and she could feel the same knot in her mouth at the moment. She heard a few echoing noises but other than that the place seemed practically abandoned. She looked in all places but all she could make out were many boxes surrounding her. 'Seems like a warehouse or something like that but could they have left me in here to rot and then sell my body parts is this the end of Fagget Kalie!' she contemplated. But then there was a slight flicker in the lights and slowly in a few moments the whole place was lit up. And at this moment Fagget was able to confirm that this was indeed a warehouse.

'Shoot where's Fagget she literally winked at me and now she's not showing up that can't be good!' he mused. Malon started walking around the festival and behind the area where his sister was, but he found absolutely nothing. Nothing but a ring that Fagget always wore so that she could throw it at the ground, so her family knew she was in trouble. At first Malon kept on telling her that it was stupid and that it was a waste of money and would never come of use. But like always Malon's sister ended up being right once more, 'dang it Fagget what happened I knew it would be a bad idea to bring you here to this festival let alone this witch.' Still though Malon kept searching around in hopes of finding out were Fagget was, but he couldn't find any more clues.

"HEY GUYS ANYONE SEEN A YOUNG TEENAGE GIRL WITH LONG BROWN HAIR ANYWHERE AROUND HERE!" Everyone ignored Malon and stared at him with mocking eyes, 'crazy man' they were all probably thinking. But Malon didn't want it to come to this, because he would then have to inform his father about the news. What made this situation even worse though was that his father was already stressed out because he got fired from his job. Even though Malon knew that this was ninety percent his dads fault he still didn't want to put more on his plate. He could barely even balance with everything going on right now, they were already very poor when his father had a job. Now that his father had no job they might get kicked out their little home and become homeless.

Fagget kept staring in every direction long after the lights had been opened, which meant one of two things. Either the warehouse was just simply glitching up and opened up the lights by mistake. Or the scarier option was that both the witch and her husband perhaps were hiding somewhere in the warehouse waiting to scare her. Ruin her, somehow get money out of her as Fagget had barley heard. She was a very good listen and could hear you are whispering in someone's ear from about twenty thirty feet away. The lights started flickering once more and Fagget's life flashed before her eyes, was she really going to die as a waste. As her dad always told her and her brother Malon, they were both a waste of money, waste of food, waste of life.

Her father's words had always scarred her, but right now she really believed that she was born a waste to this world and would die as a waste. She started aggressively pushing her feet on the ground with the little amount of force she had. In a few moments she fell on the ground almost cracking her head open if it wasn't for her quick reflexes. She now tried to aggressively get herself out of the tight knots, but she soon realized that it would be of no use. She was now laying on the ground with a chair attached to her and strings all over her body preventing her from moving. She was their little slave now and the only thing that could save her now was god and her brothers love.
