Chapter 1 — Behind the Scenes, Chaos Begins
The news of the day wasn't talking about politics, superheroes, or alien attacks.
It was talking about stock prices crashing.
"Stark Industries' shares have dropped following the announcement of the new combat suit developed by Wayne Industries, presented by its heir, Thomas Wayne Jr.…"
On screen, an analyst attempted to explain the inexplicable:
—The Gantz suit's technology surpasses every current military prototype in mobility, stealth, and neural synchronization. And Stark Industries has offered no solid response—
The channel then switched to a clip of Tony Stark, visibly irritated.
—A tight black suit? Please. My Jericho missiles can level a mountain. What's that suit supposed to do? Jump higher?—
The laughs in the press room did little to hide the tension in the market.
And this is where you might be asking yourself:
Isn't this Marvel?
Where did a Gantz suit come from?
And why the hell does Wayne Industries exist in this world?
The answers are out there.
But there are much stranger things happening in this version of the world.
So let's return to the office of the man behind all of this:

Or… as a select few know him:
A reincarnator.
At the top of a skyscraper owned by Wayne Enterprises, a young man in his early thirties gazed at the city through a large window. He held a glass of wine, expressionless.
In his free hand, a card shone with a glow that no one else could see.

[Effect]: Grants the character cards Batman, Alfred Pennyworth, Lucius Fox, and all associated properties: Wayne Industries, Wayne Manor… and the Batcave.
[Description]: A starter gift package for beginners. Nothing more to say.
"Three years…" Thomas muttered, his voice devoid of any warmth.
"A lot has happened."
He recalled the day he woke up in the Marvel universe without explanation. Maybe it was the card. Maybe divine intervention. The only thing certain was that, since his arrival, his emotions had grown numb.
He wasn't Bruce Wayne.
But with each passing day, he resembled the man behind the mask more and more…
only colder.
More calculating.
More willing to kill.
A Batman without brakes.
"Anyway…" he set the glass down. "I wonder how Fury is doing with the things I left him."
With a mere thought, he opened his system.
