Chapter 4 - Chapter 4: You Were the One Who Asked for Kiki!

Evelyn stared intently at the bed, which was pristine white and clean without any foreign objects.

Her heart, which had plunged into an icy cavern, suddenly began to race. A possibility entered her mind: she and the strange man before her didn't actually progress physically.

"Uncle, we didn't have any relations, right?" Evelyn's bright eyes were filled with thick anticipation, her thin lips tightly pressed together, and her expression was as nervous as a frightened bunny, making one feel an immense sense of pity.

"Did we or didn't we? Try one more time and you'll know," Caden replied leisurely.

"You!" Evelyn's cheeks turned red, "Shameless!"

"Last night, you were the one hugging me and shouting for 'Kiki'," Caden said with a malicious tone.

Evelyn froze, then shouted, "'Kiki' is the name of a dog!"

She felt embarrassed, what exactly did she do last night?

There was no surveillance in the room; only he could give her an answer!

Inexplicably, Caden felt like laughing.

Whether Evelyn was trying to cover for herself or there really was a dog named "Kiki", it strangely touched his funny bone.

Remarkably, this was the first time a woman made him feel instantly pleased and satisfied, surprising him, yet he enjoyed it.

Evelyn, on the other hand, wasn't in such a good mood. She picked up her clothes from the floor, dressed under the covers, then stood up, focused entirely on Caden, with a pitiful expression.

"Uncle, I'm not the kind of girl who acts recklessly. Yesterday, I was in a bad mood and got drunk, so I might have accidentally done something inappropriate to you, and I apologize." She sighed lightly before continuing to ask, "Could you please tell me if anything happened between us last night?"

Caden propped his head with one hand, his posture leisurely and alluring, his throat moved up and down, producing a rich sound, "Do you want something to have happened, or not?"

"Obviously not!" Evelyn responded loudly.

Caden's gaze remained cold, devoid of any emotion, "Do you know how many women want to climb into my bed? It's your fortune that I want you."

Faced with this arrogant, disdainful man, Evelyn's body trembled.

Yet she was unwilling to become a defeated wreck.

"You're definitely not my fortune!" She was angry and afraid, saying things without thinking, "I'm young, have a good figure, and far from ugly—in this era I'm even a rare virgin, I'm more valuable than a man who earns by selling himself!"

Taking another breath, she continued to shout, "It's just a hymen, who cares! If you want it, take it! Anyway, I can get it repaired at a hospital, and it'll be as good as new, won't affect my future life!"

After shouting, Evelyn could no longer stay, grabbed her bag, and prepared to leave.

Caden's smile instantly vanished, his hand moved swiftly to grab her, but she blocked him with her bag, spilling its contents. Most conspicuous were about ten unopened condoms.

At that moment, Evelyn was completely dumbfounded.

Where did those come from?

Caden stood up, his tall figure shadowing the sunlight that fell on Evelyn's face. Straightening his spine, the hostility around him became increasingly palpable.

He surely knew the purpose of condoms.

To see about ten condoms in this woman's bag, he started to question the kind of person she was.

Could she have known his identity all along, pretending to act clueless, attempting a cat-and-mouse approach to get closer to him?

Good one!

He almost got played by this woman!

All the goodwill towards her vanished in an instant, like a blazing fire extinguished by a bucket of water, even the smoke that emerged seemed mournful.

Faced with this sudden bitterness, Evelyn shivered heavily, subjected to pure rage targeting her, so overwhelming it surrounded her completely.

"Are you quite familiar with repairing hymens?" he said maliciously, "Yesterday, after we did it in the bathroom, then later on the bed, how could there be blood stains?"
