Chapter 5 - Chapter 5 – Most Powerful of the Heian Period (II)

[Altair Brando]

Minamoto-no-Raikou.

She was a legendary figure from the Heian Period, known for eliminating countless monstrosities that once plagued ancient Japan.

But... wasn't Minamoto-no-Raikou a man?

Well, not that I was complaining.

Calling the woman in front of me beautiful would be a massive understatement.

Raikou possessed long, voluminous, dark-purple hair that cascaded down her back, reaching past her waist and ending in a delicate bow. My eyes involuntarily descended, traveling over her body. Over her generous bust, which seemed to defy gravity, she wore an asymmetrical lavender mantle that partially covered her voluptuous breasts, held together by thin cords and adorned with a heart-shaped ornament at the center.

Beneath the mantle, an outfit that appeared to be made of purple latex hugged her body like a second skin, highlighting every curve with near-surgical precision. The elastic material molded to her ample breasts while accentuating the two perfect, round halves of her ass. Around her waist, a tied cloth covered her modesty, while a huge sheathed katana hung at her side, completing her lethal and seductive appearance.

It was almost impossible not to get lost admiring her generous curves.

With herculean effort, I raised my gaze, only to be captured by her violet eyes, which stared at me with overwhelming intensity.

"Hello..."

Before I could utter another single syllable, she pulled me into her arms, pushing my head against her soft, warm cleavage of her breasts. I allowed myself to feel the elastic texture pressing against my face through the layer of fabric—it was like warm, living pillows—while the sweet, intoxicating perfume of her body invaded my senses.

Warm... and heavenly.

So, this is how I die? Suffocated in paradise?

That thought crossed my mind as my face remained buried in the warm, welcoming space between her breasts.

[Why does it seem like you're enjoying this?]

Just your imagination, Nahida.

I denied it inwardly while my face pressed even deeper into her ample breasts, which seemed to mold to my face like a pillow.

"I heard your call." Her melodious voice echoed above me. "You are my master, but I will venerate you as a mother venerates her son."

Like a mother?

I blinked, slightly incredulous at her words.

Hmm... doesn't seem like a bad proposition.

[*Deep sigh filled with intelligence*]

Hey! I'm just kidding... maybe.

Trying to convince myself, I pulled away from her body with considerable difficulty, making her breasts bounce slightly. Looking away, I simply bid farewell to my dear paradise.

Unfortunately, it was time to take this a bit more seriously.

"Ahem! Ahem!" I coughed, ignoring the girls' stares at me. "Pleasure to meet you. I'm Altair Brando." I faced the tall woman who emanated power throughout her body, while she cast me an affectionate, maternal look.

"Fufufu~! My son is so chivalrous." She smiled, placing the back of her hand against her rosy lips.

Did I just get adopted by a divine-looking mature woman?

"I'm a Berserker! Leader of the Four Heavenly Kings! Minamoto-no-Raikou." She moved her hand gracefully, placing some rebellious strands of her hair behind her ear.

Ironically, I had summoned a Berserker who seemed to possess a peculiar taste for playing the role of mother.

While I pondered this, a certain white-haired girl opened her lips.

"Wait a second, you're Minamoto-no-Raikou?! But you're a woman!" Olga raised her arm, pointing at the beautiful woman before us.

Olga was clearly surprised, and it was understandable.

I, on the other hand, couldn't be surprised. It was common knowledge that the Fate franchise possessed the "genderbender ray," which transformed male historical figures into stunning women.

"What's wrong with being a woman?" Raikou tilted her head to the side, blinking innocently.

With her attention diverted to Olga, I discreetly used my authority as her master to view her status.

Instantly, her parameters were revealed.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Fascinating… her parameters were somewhat similar to mine, except for agility, endurance, and mana.

Let's not talk about luck, okay?

Anyway, I couldn't help but admire her as I analyzed her status screen before it disappeared. But for a Berserker with Ex-rank ⟨Mad Enhancement⟩, she seemed surprisingly normal. It was strange, since EX rank meant it exceeded any reasonable measurement system.

⟨Mad Enhancement⟩ was a skill that devoured rationality and reason. However, this beautiful woman stood before me, conversing calmly and appearing completely lucid.

In her defense, I also possessed ⟨Mad Enhancement⟩, but from the knowledge embedded in my mind mine activated under a special condition.

But I guess there's no point thinking about that now, is there?

While I pondered, I felt someone approaching.

"Master, are you alright?" Minamoto approached, staring at me with a concerned look while gently holding my hand.

She observed me without blinking for even a single second.

"Yes." I displayed a slight smile, making her release a sigh of relief. "You said you heard my call, why?" I asked, tilting my head with curiosity.

"You were willing to approach a demonic being like me... how could I not accept?" The way she seemed sad and happy at the same time touched me deeply. "I'll do my best to support my son and pamper him as much as possible." She gave a little fist pump in the air, as if encouraging herself.

She's incredibly adorable for a mature woman.

"That's perfect! We got a first-rate Servant." Olga closed her fist, displaying an excited smile.

"Hmm... who are you?" Minamoto asked, brushing her fingers on her rosy lips. "It's not very polite to interrupt a conversation between mother and son." She crossed her arms over her breasts, frowning at the director.

"Sorry..." Cold sweat began to trickle down Olga's beautiful face, feeling the intimidating pressure from the strongest woman of the Heian period. "B-but what did the Grail tell you?" She asked, looking down.

"Tsk!"

Did she just click her tongue in annoyance?

[She definitely clicked her tongue.]

As if it were just an illusion, she displayed a slight angelic smile. "That my son needed my help to save humanity."

She said the word 'humanity' as if it were something trivial.

While Olga tried to converse with Minamoto, who didn't seem interested at all, Ritsuka stepped out from behind Mash, with Mash following close behind.

"Looks like you summoned someone rather problematic, Al-kun~!" Ritsuka placed her finger on her chin, giving me a mischievous smile.

"Really? She's quite cute."

Ritsuka blinked, slightly incredulous.

"You're a bit strange," she crossed her arms, before a mischievous smile formed on her lips. "So you like that type of woman, huh?"

"Altair-senpai has... peculiar tastes."

"I have no idea what you're talking about. I'm just a man of culture..." Before I could defend my honor, the clattering of bones echoed through the ruined city.

Turning our faces, we saw a small group of skeletons marching in our direction with clearly hostile intentions.

Looks like we can't even relax a bit.

"Senpai, what are your orders?" Mash asked, positioning her feet in a combat stance while raising her shield.

Ritsuka opened her mouth, but the answer died in her throat. A sharp whistle cut through the air, followed by the violent impact of an arrow that pierced a skeleton's skull, exploding it into bone fragments that rained around like a shower of shards.

"..."

"..."

"..."

Everyone instinctively turned in the direction of the shot.

Minamoto displayed a cold, lethal smile, holding an elegant bow in her hands.

"Leave it to me, my dear master." Her expression instantly changed to something more serious.

She released the bow and arrow, which dissolved into golden particles. In the same instant, her hand moved toward her waist, pulling her katana and revealing the silver blade.

Isn't that the legendary Dōjigiri Yasutsuna? The sword that supposedly beheaded one of the three great monsters of Japan?

With the legendary blade gleaming under the sun's brightness, she passed by us, swinging it with mastery.

The first cut went through three skeletons at once, making them collapse in a cascade of bone fragments.

She spun on her heel, making the katana's edge trace a perfect circle, destroying dozens of skeletons in a simple cut.

The poor bones of these creatures flew through the air like cherry blossom petals in a gale, scattering in all directions as she advanced, devastating each skeleton in her path.

We blinked, watching the bones fly in fragments wherever she passed.

Olga and Ritsuka looked with a mixture of fear and admiration, while I only thought about how absolutely adorable my servant was.

=====◊◊=====◊◊=====◊◊=====

After Minamoto massacred all the skeletons with elegance, we walked in silence through the ruined city.

My Berserker hugged my arm, pressing her generous breasts against it while displaying a wide, satisfied smile.

She seems kind of... obsessed with me, doesn't she?

[Seriously, you're only noticing this now?!]

Sorry, but only the director of the play manages to notice these things offstage. We actors only notice after the curtain falls.

While I conversed mentally with Nahida, my eyes turned to the redhead being carried by Mash on her shoulder like a sack of potatoes.

Although Ritsuka was displaying a clearly dissatisfied expression, the Petite Rousse was in better condition than Olga. Sweat slid languidly down the director's face, tracing paths over her pale skin and dripping from her delicate neck onto the rocky ground. Mages really weren't synonymous with athleticism.

We wanted to find a temporary base, but at this rate we were going to take forever.

It was time to put my chivalry into action.

Reluctantly, I pulled away from Minamoto's embrace, making her display an adorable pout.

Without saying a single word, I grabbed Olga by the waist. "Kyaaaaa!" She let out a sharp, almost musical scream—which was a bit ironic considering my condition—to my ears, as I picked her up in a bridal carry again.

Minamoto bit her lower lip while frowning, seeming not to like the situation one bit.

Don't worry, this is just so we can walk faster. My intentions are pure.

"What are you doing?!" She exclaimed, gripping the armor on my body for fear of falling.

With a confident smile, my left hand positioned itself on her slender waist, while her plump, perky rear, wrapped in silky tights that enhanced her curves, nestled on my other hand.

"We're going to hurry, ma chère." I gave a slightly provocative smile to the beautiful director in my arms.

"Put me down now!" Olga ordered, holding my neck with her hands to maintain balance.

"First time?" Ritsuka asked with a slightly red face. "At least you still have a bit of dignity!" Tears formed in Ritsuka's eyes as one of her hands lowered her skirt.

Apparently, being carried like a sack of potatoes wasn't very comfortable... neither for the body nor for one's dignity.

"Insects..." Minamoto muttered quietly, biting her nail as if trying to restrain herself.

Let's just ignore that.

I turned to my Servant, who was acting strangely.

"Well, sorry, ma chère Olga, but we're going to pick up the pace." I moved my legs, adjusting my footing, testing my balance. "Berserker, can you protect the group during the journey?"

"Hm!" She nodded her head, although her eyes continued to be intensely fixed on the woman in my arms.

"Mash, come with me." I flexed the muscles in my legs, preparing to test my speed limits.

"Yes, Altair-senpai!"

With that confirmation, I propelled my body forward, shooting at speed through the desolate landscape.

"Brandooooo!" Olga exclaimed, holding my neck with desperate strength while the wind whistled against our faces.

A/N: As a big fan of mature women, I couldn't help but write her as the first servant of this new version's monkey protagonist... although our demon king of the sixth heaven will appear much, much later.
