Brock trembled as he stared at the guy in front of him, he gave an air that could not be explained.
"I thought you were dead" Brock couldn't help but ask.
"Sorry to disappoint you." Dexter said through gritted teeth.

A straight punch to the face, "I will make you suffer more than you have ever suffered before!" Dexter emphasized and kept on throwing punches.
Brock tryed to dodge a few punches but most of them still landed.
"When did he get so good?" Brock thought, then he felt a pain on his knee which caused him to kneel down.
Dexter bent down and used his index finger to raise Brock's jaw, allowing him to look at him.
"I Will kill you so badly." Dexter made sure to emphasize every word just to make Brock know how badly he wanted to do it.
Brock realized that his life was no longer in his hands started to cry.
Dexter looked confused as he stared at the guy who intimidated him for most of his life cry before his very eyes.
"I didn't... mean..t..to hurt you." Brock said between sobs.
"I did it because my mom was sick and I couldn't find a job so that was the only way to get money, pls don't kill me." Brock said and just kept on crying it was kind of sad to look at.
Dexter still holding the knife was still at an imbalance of if he should attack or not, he was caught in two minds.
Then he let go of the knife he was holding and left the building.
He was sitting at the side of the road when Ana asked, " What made you change your mind,"
" I just realized that he wasn't any worse than me, he was just doing it for his mom and that's the same thing I'm doing." Dexter said with a shake of the head.

"Ana what's this?" Dexter asked confused by what he was seeing.
"This place has no hope for you, what you need now is get on a plane, say goodbye to this place and start fresh."
Dexter listened to what she said and realized that what she said was true, he needes to start a new, a new life with new beginnings.
"You know what Ana, your right I got to leave this place Behind, but how would I get to sneak into a plane." Dexter asked.
"Leave that to me."

So Dexter packed his bags used the last of his finances and got himself a cab and headed to the airport.

Arnold was sipping his coffee when he got a phone call, it was from Lopez.
He hesitated thinking if he should answer the call or not but later decided to answer it.
As soon as he answered the call he heard Lopez's anxious voice coming form the other end.
"Can you come back to the office?"
Arnold was shocked by the weird proposition that he was offering, he was so shocked that he couldn't help but ask,
"I thought you fired me?" Lopez knew that he would use that against him so he came prepared.
"I can hire you back, pay as much as you want just come back." At this point Mr.Lopez was just clunging on to strings or anything that could get him to come back.
"Let me guess, the chip works, forget it old man, I am not coming back to work there." And he cut the call before Mr Lopez could say anything more.
"Damn it." Mr Lopez said and then angrily smashed his phone on the floor.

Dexter was at the airport and he was really nervous at this moment, he didn't know if Ana's plan would work and he didn't want to get caught.
"Would you calm down, it wouldn't work if you don't act natural." Ana said.
Dexter nodded took a deep breath and headed to the counter.
Behind the counter was a young woman, he chose her cause he believed she would be the easiest to fool, compared to the other older woman beside him.
But it seemed that life was not on his side, be the time he reached the counter the older woman's side was empty while the younger woman was dealing with someone.
At this point he knew he had to got to the older woman's side.
"Auxillary Airlines, what do you want?" The older woman said rudely, while she looked at him with disdain.
Dexter just ignored her and answered the questions as causally he could.
"Are you taking Economy or First Class?" She asked.
"First class please." Dexter answered with no hesitation because that was what Ana said he should answer.
She looked up from the computer and chuckled, before saying, "You First Class.?" In the most sarcastic way she could.
Now Dexter was pissed off but just when he was about to let her have a piece of his mind a woman walked up to him.
"Are you Dexter Dray, hi am Emily Rodriguez, I am the manager of this airport." She said as she extended her hand for a hand shake.
Dexter calmly took her hand and shook it as he looked at the woman behind the counter giving her a smug look.
The look of shock on her face made him even happier.
With the help of Emily he easily boarded the flight to California with ease.
Soon the flight took off and he was on his was to California.
