"Senzu Bean?"
The unfamiliar term hung in the air.
Kaido and the others exchanged puzzled looks.
"What's that supposed to be?" Kaido rumbled.
Luo Xing smiled faintly.
"A sacred medicine for healing. You'll understand once I finish making it."
Without further explanation, he turned and strode toward his laboratory — leaving a room full of confusion, skepticism, and growing curiosity behind.
On the ground, Jack's faint voice rasped out,
"Brother Queen… can that bean really fix my lungs?"
Anyone else would've died the moment magma burned through their chest, but Jack was an Ancient Zoan — a mammoth with monstrous vitality.
Queen shrugged.
"Who knows? But if the Prince Consort said it'll work, I'm betting it will."
Hope flickered in Jack's eyes. For once, the proud All-Star didn't care about appearances — he just wanted his strength back.
A full day later, Luo Xing returned.
In his hand was a small pouch containing three tiny, round pills — glowing faintly green.
"That's the Senzu Bean?" Queen blinked. "It's so small… You're saying that can grow back Jack's lungs?"
Even knowing Luo Xing never exaggerated, the others couldn't help but doubt.
Luo Xing didn't answer.
He simply walked up to the fallen Jack and said calmly,
"Open your mouth."
Jack obeyed without hesitation.
Luo Xing tossed a single bean in.
Every eye in the room — Kaido's, King's, Queen's, and the Flying Six — locked on Jack, not daring to blink.
And then, the miracle began.
Before their stunned eyes, Jack's gaping chest wound began knitting itself closed at a visible rate.
Within seconds, his burned lungs regenerated completely — new flesh, new life.
Kaido's eyes went wide.
Even the normally unreadable King stiffened.
Not even King's Lunarian body could regenerate so fast.
Queen whistled in disbelief.
"You're kidding me… It actually worked! My lord, you're a genius! Is there anything you can't invent?"
Suddenly, Jack bellowed.
He ripped off his bandages, stood tall, and let out a roar that shook the palace walls.
The mighty aura of a warrior surged around him again — completely restored.
And then, to everyone's shock, the eight-meter-tall All-Star fell to his knees before Luo Xing.
"Prince Consort! You've given me back my life. From this day on, if you command me to charge through fire or thunder, I won't hesitate!"
Luo Xing reached down, smiling as he helped the massive man rise.
"There's no need for that. You're my father-in-law's right hand — helping you is helping myself."
Jack's eyes watered. The fearsome Drought looked almost childlike in gratitude.
No one in the Beasts Pirates would ever doubt his loyalty to Luo Xing again.
Kaido threw back his head and laughed.
"Hahaha! With this 'Senzu Bean' of yours, we'll be unstoppable in battle! We can fight to the death and come back grinning!"
Indeed — the bean could heal any injury, pull a dying man back from the brink, even restore lost organs.
Kaido immediately saw its strategic power.
His dream wasn't just to rule — it was to start the greatest war the world had ever seen.
And with Senzu Beans, the Beasts Pirates would become near-immortal on the battlefield.
"No matter the cost," Kaido ordered grandly, "produce as many as you can!"
Luo Xing nodded.
"Of course. But before that, Father-in-law… there's something I'd like you to try first."
Kaido raised a brow.
"Eh? I'm not injured."
It was true — as the world's "Strongest Creature," Kaido's defense, endurance, and regenerative ability were unmatched.
Only Big Mom's bizarre "iron balloon" skin surpassed his in raw toughness.
Even when he eventually fell to Luffy's awakening, it was only after fighting through wave after wave of enemies — a literal gauntlet of exhaustion.
One-on-one, victory might have gone either way.
So, who could possibly hurt Kaido now?
Luo Xing's gaze shifted to Kaido's abdomen — where the faint "X"-shaped scar still crossed his skin.
The room fell silent.
"That scar…" King murmured. "It's the wound Lord Oden left on Kaido over a decade ago. No medicine or power has ever healed it."
If Kaido himself couldn't recover from it, no one could — or so they thought.
Luo Xing smiled.
"There is no wound the Senzu Bean can't heal. With this, anything is possible."
Kaido hesitated only a moment, then popped a bean into his mouth.
Everyone watched.
And then—
the impossible happened.
The ancient scar — that mark left by Kozuki Oden's legendary strike — faded, sealed, and vanished completely.
Kaido stared down at his bare chest, disbelief turning into thunderous joy.
"It's gone… that cursed scar is gone! For years it mocked me, and now—"
"Hahaha! My son-in-law, you've done it again! Tell me what reward you want!"
Luo Xing bowed slightly.
"You've already given me everything, Father-in-law. But if I may… I have one request."
"Anything," Kaido boomed. "Just say the word!"
Luo Xing's eyes gleamed with quiet determination.
"I want you to teach me… how to wield the Conqueror's Haki coating."
