She introduces herself as Fion, and she looks at his clothes, which she finds bizarre, and asks him where he is from wich he replies that he's from Hischadel, which she has no clue where that is.
"But anyways, why are you here?"
"Uhh.., vacation, vacation yeah!" Clad said, as he thought that casually saying he's going to kill the rat king isn't going to lead to a positive outcome, but Fion doesn't believe a single word he just said.
"Do you think I'm stupid? You clearly aren't here for vacation, I mean, you have a sword with you." She points it out to him.
"Oh..." Clad says, slightly embarrassed.
"So what are you really here for?" she asked him again.
As Clad explained the fact that he was here to kill the rat king, she became deep in thought, as she doesn't think that would be possible, as the rat king has 5 awakened that are around tier 90 with him.
"Tier 90? How strong is a tier 90?"
Fion looked at him with surprise as she was shocked that he didn't know about the newly made tier ranking system for the awakened.
"So, like the system is based upon how close you are to being as strong as a tier 1 awakened and how strong you are compared to the average person."
"So the closer i hame in abilities, the lower my rating?"
"pretty much"
"So, how good is tier 90?" Clad asked her
"Tier 90 is where the average high-ranked awakened would be, as it's 10 tiers above the weakest, tier 100."
"But to give you an example, he would be able to cut small houses with a single cut of his sword if he tried seriously."
