Starry Wisdom did not use strength. She used Deceit.
She created an illusion of herself. She sent it to the edge of a cliff.
"Brother!" the illusion cried. "I am sorry! Come hug me!"
Brave Sun, though angry, still loved his sister deep down. He ran to hug her.
He ran through the illusion and fell off the cliff.
He fell for three days. He crashed into the abyss. Every bone in his body broke.
He lay in the dark, unable to move.
"Father!" he cried. "Save me!"
But Noax was far away.
In the dark, Brave Sun found something. He found Hatred.
Hatred was a black spike driven into the earth.
Brave Sun impaled himself on the spike. The pain gave him energy. His bones knit together, but they grew back crooked and sharp.
He climbed out of the abyss. He was no longer the Golden God. He was the God of War.
