I slammed into the bathroom, refusing to look back at Allyson. My knuckles went white as I gripped the sink edge, glaring at my own reflection with pure hatred.

What the hell was wrong with me?

I felt like a complete idiot. She had fed me this elaborate story about being experienced with her ex, making it sound like she knew exactly what she was doing.

All lies. Every single word designed to trap me.

She knew damn well how I felt about inexperienced women. They were completely off my radar, a boundary I never violated. If I had realized she was untouched, this disaster never would have happened.

"Damn it," I growled, dragging my fingers through my hair, fighting to control the fury coursing through my veins.

And the worst part? I had gone in bare. No barrier between us. That went beyond reckless straight into complete madness.

How did I lose my mind like that? Acting like some desperate kid fumbling through his first encounter. Me.
