Chapter 26 - Volume 27 (Chapter 27)

My Girlfriend Is Stronger Than the Demon Lord – Volume 27 (Chapter 27)

The demon realm had grown quiet… but only on the surface.

Aria and I were walking through the castle gardens, enjoying a rare peaceful evening. Lava fountains glowed softly, and floating fireflowers reflected the fading sunlight.

"Eren," she said, leaning on my shoulder, "peace never lasts. I can feel it coming."

I frowned. "Can't we have one evening without impending doom?"

She chuckled, cheeks pink. "Maybe just one… but I doubt it."

Before we could relax further, a messenger imp arrived, panting and trembling.

"My Lady! A new faction… unknown origin… they've infiltrated several demon clans and are planning coordinated attacks across the realm!"

Aria's eyes narrowed. "Eren… this isn't just politics. They're clever, organized, and extremely dangerous."

I gulped. "Stronger than the Shadow Clan and all the tribes combined?"

She smiled faintly. "Possibly. But that's why I need you with me."

We moved to the highest tower of the castle, overlooking the darkening plains. Hundreds of shadowy figures could be seen gathering, their energy twisting unnaturally.

"They think they can challenge me," Aria said softly, hand resting on my shoulder, "but they don't understand what true strength is."

The attackers surged forward, but Aria didn't strike. Instead, she extended her staff, aura flaring brilliantly. Every enemy movement froze midair, their spells halted in mid-cast.

I whispered, awestruck, "She's… doing it again… controlling them without fighting?"

Aria nodded, cheeks slightly pink. "Eren… power without control is meaningless. Watch carefully."

With subtle gestures, she guided the enemy leaders to kneel, disarming their forces without harm. The rest of the army hesitated, then followed suit.

The faction leader, cloaked in shadow, bowed slowly. "Your mastery… your restraint… is unlike anything we've seen. We yield."

Aria exhaled softly, lowering her staff. "Good. Now, let's resolve this peacefully… diplomatically."

I squeezed her hand, heart racing. "You make the impossible seem… almost effortless."

She leaned her head against me, aura glowing faintly. "That's because, Eren… I'm not alone. Chaos, danger, and politics don't matter when we face them together."

Once again, the demon realm was safe—not through destruction, but through Aria's unmatched power, wisdom, and heart, with me right by her side.
