A/N: I made this as i found they way i like to explain the different powers and cultivation in this world is a little confusing so this will just be a big info dump about the power system and anything else i deem important.
Some things will not be listed here until they are revealed in the novel for spoiler reasons however

Cultivation Information:
Ascension - The process of either awakening as a cultivator or moving onto the next stage. Each ascension besides the first is met with a tribulation meant to test if the cultivator is worthy of moving further on their path.
Affinity/Element - An attribute one is naturally attuned to and is usally the basses of the cultivators power. When a cultivator awakens and begins their journey during their first ascension ceremony they will gain at minimum 1 affinity (some exceptions) with any element with some being rarer then others
Constitution - Something every creature in this world is born with. There are as many constitutions as there are different bloodlines meaning the possibilities are endless. During there first ascension a cultivators bloodline is stimulated unlocking the potential of said blood line and giving them access to the powers or abilities of said constitution. Unless one has began their cultivation journey it is, without extraordinary circumstances, impossible to access the full power of a constitution with weaker ones not manifesting at all until the start of cultivation.
Cultivation levels/paths - Each cultivation level is Divided into ten ranks for example Si Lijun when first awakening started as a [Rank 1 Body Forging] cultivator. Poorer places that usally dont go above a certain cultivation level will usally refer to cultivation levels by the levels sub rank for example where the story begins [Phoenix Fall City] a peak level power house like Father Si And Master Fu are only [Rank 10 Body Forging] Cultivators however they will just shorten it to [Rank 10]

There are 4 different paths to cultivation
[Spiritual Path]: Offers a relatively balanced approach boosting all aspects while mostly focusing on strengthening one's affinity and using it. Usually offers a balanced mix of range and melee
[Soul Path]: Sacrifices growth in physical might for development of one's soul increasing its size and strength of own soul while allowing the cultivator to preform stronger soul attacks on others. Grants a modest boost to elemental attack power aswell but less then the Spiritual path usally specializes in ranged attacks
[Body Path]: Sacrifices growth in mental power for immense gain in physical strength, endurance, and agility while offering a small boost to elemental affinities usally limited in ranged attack however
[Beast Path]: Different to the other three paths as this path completely forgoes forging a [Dantian] and instead forms a [Beast Core] usally located in the heart or head. Unlike the other three paths humans CANNOT walk this path. Offers immense strength gain rivaling that of body cultivation along with steady improvement to elemental/affinity does usally offer soul development however it is not very much unless the beasts bloodline level is high.
also unlike the other paths the beast path does not need active cultivation to improve. The most effective method to improve a beast core is trough the consumption of things that contain alot of energy of a high quality or by eating another beasts beast core. their are certain beasts that also gain strength as they age such as dragons, meaning their beast core will passively improve with time
While it is possible for a human to walk more than one path it is usally very risky and time consuming. Firstly they will need to face an accession trail for each path, and gather enough to upgrade each path. Secondly while each path would technically stack onto each other making a cultivator who walks multiple paths much stronger their skills and abilities would be all over the place with no cohesion.
