The sky twisted into a whisper of twilight below, as she stares within the moon's fateful abyss. Her eyes lighting up to its alluring sway. Yet… she steps away from its light, approaching the shadows where she remains. Her sparkling, black dress stained in the musk of the alley ahead as the police chased her down, down… and down to the depths of her dismay.
It was narrow as she squeezed herself in as the raven crowed beneath the wistful sky. She seemed scared and confused as to why she is causing all this trouble, this chaos. Suddenly, she spots a hidden corner and hid behind it quickly. And she did so, and the guards went to the opposite direction instead.
Breathing a sigh of relief, she sinks to the concrete floor, hiding her face between her suffocating dress. Shedding quiet tears, she hums a sorrowful tune, wanting to escape this forsaken life of hers. Wishing to be in a quiet countryside. But she can't. Suddenly, in the corner of her eye, a faint glow appeared in the distance. The light echoed a mysterious red like a ruby that intrigued her eyes. It was a flower – a rose as she crawled to touch its enchanting glow.
Yet, she hears the footsteps of the guards coming closer and tries to run. But she realised that she twisted her foot and deems to stand up. Struggling to get up, an unknown hand clasped her wrist as they run for their life, capturing the guards' attention amidst the twilight on a mysterious night. In the corner of her eye again, she checks to feel the allure of that… scarlet rose as she opens her mouth to say:
"Why appear to me, scarlet rose?"
And fades with the figure into the mist, losing the guards. Yet, she wishes to stumble upon the rose once more. Far beyond the city alone, they escaped into a secluded house, leaving her to thank this person who saves her life. But… he said nothing as he faced to meet his cold gaze, making her face the fire crackling in the distance, wondering… when she'll see the rose again.
