Prologue

Simax charged first.

A blur of metal-hard skin and pure muscle tore through the field, ripping a trench behind him. He swung a punch that could crater buildings–

Bear caught it.

Just caught it.

Fingers tight. Expression blank.

The ground beneath Bear cracked before he did.

Tuka dashed in from the side, flames sparking around his fists. "MOVE, BEAR!" He leapt and hammered a burning blow to Simax's ribs—

Simax didn't budge. He simply flung Tuka away like a doll.

Chiki gasped. "LMAOO—-TUKA CAN FLY NOW!"

Simax roared and slammed Bear into the dirt, the impact blasting a cloud of dust upward. Before Bear could rise, Simax stomped—

Chiki jumped in with a steel rod in both hands. "DON'T YOU KNOW YOU SHOULDN'T STEP ON PEOPLE WEAKER THAN YOU !? YOU METAL BUFFALO!"

Bear grunted.

The rod sparked as he swung—

—It bent instantly on Simax's shoulder.

Chiki stared at the bent rod. "Guess we are cooked"

Simax grabbed him by the collar—

For one tiny moment Chiki's expression shifted. His eyes sharpened.

"Woah" he muttered.

He twisted just slightly, forcing Simax's grip to slip.

Simax stumbled half a step.

That was all Bear needed.

He rose from the dust, calm as ever, and delivered a clean punch to Simax's chest. The shockwave blasted outward, metal debris flying.

Simax skidded back, cracks crawling over his S-rank body.

He roared and charged one last time—

Tuka, bruised and angry, shoved his palm forward. "NOT THIS TIME!"

A burst of raw flame slowed Simax for half a second.

Chiki flicked a stone, hitting Simax's cracked shoulder. "HEY STONE FACE!"

Simax turned his head—

Bear's final strike hit.

Heavy. Sharp. Silent.

Simax collapsed, the ground trembling beneath him.

It was over.

Chiki immediately shouted "YESSSSSS LET'S GOOOOO! Tema Trio undefeated! Someone record this—NO WAIT don't, we look cooler if we're mysterious—Tuka get up you look dead bro—"

Tuka coughed. "Shut… up…"

Bear stood quietly, dust settling on his shoulders, eyes steady.

A huge step for everyone.

Three ido- I means kids.

Their first win.

And the world had no idea what they were about to become.
