Warner's POV
Armed patrol wolves circle the perimeter when I arrive. Jamiya and Xavier stand with Arlene as the wolves sweep the area for any remaining threats. The moment she spots me, Arlene breaks away and runs toward me. Her arms circle my waist when she reaches me, and I pull her close.
"What happened?" I demand, scanning her face for injuries.
"The delivery trucks and most of the inventory inside were stolen," Jamiya reports grimly.
"Are you hurt? What about the security team?"
"They hit our guards with Lycan control stun darts," Xavier explains, his jaw tight with frustration. "I apologize this happened on your mate's watch, Warner."
"I'm fine. I was in the basement storage room with one of the girls who works here when it went down. Xavier says the broken windows will be repaired by tonight."
"Already handled," Xavier confirms with a nod.
"Thanks, man. You didn't get hit with one of those darts, did you?" I ask Arlene, checking her over again.
