Chapter 114 - Chapter 108

Bones, Contracts, and Very Bad Acting

Runcandel Mansion — An Unexpected Visit

Keith had just finished morning training when Gamma informed him calmly:

"Lord Edgar Bones, Amelia Bones, and Susan Bones have arrived."

Keith paused.

"…All three?"

Gamma nodded.

Susan was already halfway into the hall, smiling far too brightly.

The Bones Family Speaks

They sat in the formal sitting room.

Edgar Bones wasted no time.

"Keith Argus Runcandel," he said plainly, "my daughter and my granddaughter are in love with you."

Susan nodded enthusiastically.

Amelia froze.

"…Father—!"

Keith, calm as ever, simply nodded.

"I understand."

That single word completely derailed Amelia's attempt to act normal.

Edgar continued, unfazed.

"We wish to proceed with an engagement."

Keith considered it carefully—then nodded again.

"Very well."

Susan gasped happily.

Amelia stared at him like he'd just rewritten reality.

Contracts were drafted.

Terms were clear.

Protections, timing, discretion.

Keith signed.

So did Edgar.

But Edgar raised a finger.

"This will not be announced yet."

Susan frowned.

"Why?"

Edgar pointed directly at Amelia.

"Because Keith is eleven," he said flatly. "If this becomes public, your aunt becomes wizarding Britain's favorite joke."

Susan blinked.

Then nodded seriously.

"…That makes sense."

Amelia buried her face in her hands.

A Dowry That Broke Logic

Keith reached into his portable space and produced a small velvet box.

Inside—two crystal vials.

Each held eight drops of liquid gold.

Edgar frowned.

"What are these?"

Keith answered casually.

"One drop reverses ten years of aging."

Silence.

"…Excuse me?"

"If you drink all eight," Keith continued calmly, "you'll be thirty again. Same for your wife."

Edgar stared.

Then slowly closed the box.

"…This is the best dowry I've ever seen."

Susan's face went red.

Amelia's face went nuclear.

Old Wounds, New Relief

Keith added evenly, "I already have marriage contracts with the Black family—Bellatrix, Nymphadora Tonks, and Narcissa Black."

Edgar nodded.

Amelia didn't.

She lunged forward, grabbed Keith by the collar—

"Bellatrix is with you?!" she demanded. "She's safe—right?!"

Keith didn't flinch.

"Yes."

That was all it took.

Amelia broke.

She hugged him tightly and cried—hard.

"I couldn't prove it," she sobbed. "They framed her and I couldn't save her…"

Keith placed a hand on her back.

"You don't have to anymore."

He raised his voice slightly.

"Bellatrix."

Reunion

Bellatrix entered the room.

Amelia let go of Keith and immediately hugged Bellatrix just as tightly.

"I'm sorry," Amelia cried. "I should have done more."

Bellatrix smiled softly.

"It's alright, Amy," she said. "I'm safe. I'm loved. And I'm happy."

Amelia pulled back, tears still falling—but smiling.

"That's enough," she whispered.

Introductions

Keith cleared his throat lightly.

"Amelia. Susan. Meet my wives."

The room quickly filled with introductions:

Rias (who smiled knowingly) Luna (who waved dreamily) Grayfia (polite and assessing) Scathach (amused) Albedo (curious) Gamma (precise) Narcissa (graceful) Nagini (gentle) Bellatrix (still holding Amelia's hand) Serafina (quietly observing)

Susan's eyes sparkled.

"…Wow."

Amelia took a deep breath.

"I am never acting normal again," she muttered.

Keith smiled faintly.

Summer holidays had only just begun.

And somehow—

His life had become even more complicated.
