Warning this will be dark.

It was a clear moon lit night. The air was fresh as we shall be in a village that had heavy concrete walls. It seemed like a mini fortress. We have been here for over four hours. We were hidden in the highest branches of a tree.
"Are you sure this is a smart idea?" I asked Charles and he gave me a small smile.
"Yes." He said looking through his binoculars.
"What have you found out then?" I said challenging him. It seemed like a bad idea Lux told him.
"There seems to be ninety guards. Having rotations every 20 minutes is valuable to them." Charles said.
"Yeah what about the inside?" I questioned him trying to make him go in.
"That's what we are here to find out." Charles said. As we saw several trucks start to pull up to the main gate. We hopped off our tree and slowly creeped closer.
"Hold! ID." The guard stops the first truck.
"Phantom Cloak." Charles said as we feel his Chaos energy covers me. Now we silently walked to the 7th truck. Hearing barking and howling. As we got under the truck and held us off the ground. The dogs barked at us. Trying to get at us.
"What is it?" Another one of the guards.
"K9-051 has gone off the rails again." The first guard said. As he pulled on it leash. Then the guard looked under us. Looking straight at us, he was looking past me. Then we worried about that K9 unit.
"Nothing… It is strange that K9-051 is a good dog." The second guard spoke as he got back up.
"Can we send the first one through?" The first guard questioned.
"Yeah but we should do some extra searching on vehicle 7." The second guard called back. Then we moved up then once again stopped. I heard them searching for the second one furtherly.
"Nothing wrong here." Another guard spoke. Hearing his boot hitting the ground. They were far away.
"Okay that one is clear." The first guard said. Then we felt the truck move up. They used their flash lights and dogs sniffing they were getting closer. We moved again there was five more trucks.
"Okay you three can go." The first guard spoke up. Nevermind there were two more to go. They searched the next two very closely. It felt like thirty minutes. Then we moved again.
"Next one." The second guard spoke. As they took an hour to search that one. I could feel Charles' body wiggle. No you can't fall.
"Don't fall." I whispered.
"No duh." Charles whispered back at me. Flashlights bore around the truck. Soldiers looked under. Three of them got onto the truck searching through. I heard them moving cargo as then they constantly stomped around triple checking everything. After they were done they put everything back.
"Take this one to bay three we will check for a engine leak or something with the truck. Something had to set off the K-9." The first guard said. Hitting the hood of the truck twice. As it started to move. Entering the bit feeling a snag. But it was just a quick jolt. Nothing more nothing less. It was strange the truck took a sharp right turn. Charles let go. Dropping to the ground. He got up quickly.
"Okay we are in." Charles spoke in a harsh voice.
"Now what is your plan?" I asked.
"Did you hear?" A guard said pasting Charles.
"What?" The second guard spoke. They held flash lights. Charles started following.
"It's a special shipment." The first guard said to the second unaware that Charles was following him.
"Yeah…" the second guard spoke. Turning around for some reason. "It feels like we're being followed." The first guard told the other worry in his tone.
"I get it. When the K-9 unit went off we searched everywhere three times. There is no way for someone on the base." The second guard said as he put his hand on the first one's shoulder. Giving it a light squeeze to calm him down he nodded.
"Yeah you're right I am being paranoid." The first guard said. With a small frown.
"Everysince your wife has been pregnant you have been loopy. How far away is she?" The second guard questioned the first.
"Well, a month is about to happen." The first guard said. Charles starts to walk away to the back of the camp. It seemed to have a huge iron door. Bigger than any door minus the Pendragon Manor door.
"Well then I hope you can have a son!" The second guard shouted. There was no way of us getting into this door without making a scene.
"Well it looks like we are in base. There are a few buildings." Charles said, turning his back to the iron door. The first building seemed to be simplest; the flies around this area were high. We opened one of the service doors in the shadows. The building was freezing as we looked around.
"Let's get to cutting." One of the doctors said they were cutting up a corpse. It was a Fulgurite Hound. They pulled out the liver. Put in a jar with a green liquid. What in the world?
"Which test subject will be done tomorrow?" One of the doctors.
"I have no clue." Another one of the doctors.
"Well at least I could try and know." The first doctor spoke.
"Yeah, get this done so we can go to bed." The second doctor spoke. Once again they pulled out the organ in the jar. They pulled the Fulgurite Hound on a hook. Hosting it above their head.
"Now we can finally go." The second one spoke as they walked past us. We followed them as they exited. The door slamming behind us with a click.
"Hey Bane, are those foot prints?" The first doctor spoke with a frown.
"It is too light for the guard." The second doctor spoke. The first doctor shook his head.
"It is bipedal so it is not a K-9 unit." The first doctor asked.
"So do you think someone in the base?" The second doctor questioned.
"Maybe another doctor." The first one said, feeling the footprints on the dirt.
"There are only fifteen of them so I doubt it." The second one said with wisdom. As they walked to the barracks. I saw Charles' face with worry.
"Looks like they are finding clues." I whispered to him. He let out a small nod.
"Yeah there are." Charles spoke. As he carefully walks away.
"Did you know about special delivery?" The first doctor spoke with a smile.
"Yeah it was all they talked about." The second doctor.
"Where were we keeping it again?" The first doctor spoke looking out around them.
"Behind the heavy iron door you need to know the code or to wait 30 minutes till it opens." The second doctors spoke.
"Yeah on the lowest floor being room 727." A guard said passing them. They both nodded at this. Things were doing well. As Charles starts to walk off.
"Looks like it will be easier than expected." Charles said with a smile.
"Yeah." I told him. Something was off most definitely. Wrong but what was it?
"What is this special delivery? We were not told about it." Another guard said as we passed them Charles stopped to listen in on them.
"It is a Monster whose power is nearly unrivaled. I heard that Huntsman has failed to catch it on three occasions." The passing guard said. Charles had a smile on his face. I knew that smile.
"Let me guess you're going to free that Chaos Beast?" I asked him.
"Yes I am." Charles said. We entered the second building. It had so much paper as we pulled a book off a shelf.
"What is this?" I wondered if there were so many books. Each with leather that looked too thin.
"It is a place to hold records but can we explain what is happening here?" Charles said. He was questioning himself. It was labeled a Graphing Experiment. I feel Charles lower the Phantom Cloak so he can read.
.
Control Variables: Type of Chaos Beast tissue and a batch of 100 people. (The standard amount is 100 grams of Chaos Beast tissue.)
Independent Variables: Ways to graph tissue and medicine. As well the amount of Chaos Beast tissue.
Dependent Variables: Time alive and side effects.
.
Day 1, It seems the Chaos Beast tissue on a living person kills them. Symptoms being rash, irritation, insanity and they die 1 minute later.
Day 2, After removing the first layer of skin and carefully graphing it on it had the same result as the first day. But this time they died 30 seconds later.
Day 3, By using a remedy of Elder Berry and Chaos Beast blood it killed all dozen test subjects but they were able to last 1 minute and 10 seconds.
Day 4, feeding test subjects Elder Berry for ten days then grafting tissue deep with the leg. They still died but it was longer they all tore at the walls like wild beasts. The subject chose to bite off their own tongues.
Day 5, as we started by removing all the skin off of the humans the scroll department needed more resources but then we overlapped Orc skin they all died within fifty seconds even with Elder Berry.
Day 6, we started by implanting about three times less Chaos Beast tissue and the same amount of Elder Berry. It seemed to last a minute twenty seconds, a new record. But then they when insane broke out of the chains and bit their own tongues out.
Day 7, it seems like we are making progress. It seems that the Chaos Energy inside of the Chaos beast is causing the insanity as we blessed the tissue putting it. But they seemed to die an hour later.
Day 8, It seems that Elder Berry cancels out the poisonous energy of the Chaos Beast but turns into a deadly poison when in contact with Holy magic.
Day 9, It seems as if they need a constant supply of Elder Berries to combat the Chaos Beast. They lived for five minutes before we cut off the supply and they turned insane.
Day 10, Another great day we finally got the eyes of a Chaos Beast. It went well but it then turned him insane. We even used Elder Berry mix on them. This will require further testing.
Day 11, As we found out organs have more Chaos energy then the regular tissue of them it had about three times more and the human tissue turned black and started killing itself two minutes in. They itched it to the bone then died because of heart complications and blood loss. It is strange.
Day 12, We found that the black human tissue was transforming into a hybrid between the Chaos Beast. We cut off one arm of the humans where we implanted the tissue. He survived this. (We will test more on him later.)
Day 13, It was all about the survivor we vivisect on him we saw nothing strange. So we drained all of the blood to run a test on him. It turns out that some of his blood had transformed into Chaos Beast. He died of blood lost on the table. (He was the only one for today.)
Day 14, We found his brother and we cut off his arm. Transplanting the arm on him. The others did not survive the treatment. We will monitor him for any change. It is interesting.
Day 15, it seems the others survive for 6 minutes but it was not the important bit. The one with the arm completely accepted him and has spread by a few inches but it seems the subject is now suffering from multi person disorder. We will have to monitor him longer in the future.
Day 20, the guards have started calling the lead subject Two face as it had spread to his face. The two main personalities are polar opposite. It is quite interesting.
.
The pages made Charles face sick. He put the book away where he had found it. As well as several other books. Demi Human Graphing, Scroll Production, Chaos Beast Training, Human Anatomy, Vampire blood effect on Chaos Beast.
"This is sick." Charles said.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"Kidnapping, torturing and maiming others is sick." Charles said.
"Hey, what about Two Face? It was moved to another area." One guard asked in his booming voice. Came through the room.
"The special delivery and Two Face has been set for the lowest level." Another guard spoke.
"Phantom Cloak." Charles said as he walked past the guards. Looks like we are going to be going to the lowest floor.
"Yeah all these books that Magu made out of human leather it's amazing what this stuff can do." The first guard said as I felt Charles rage.
"Don't forget the scrolls that Tagu is making out of human leather we got the humans from the orphanage that Alexander ran." The second one said, Charles' rage tripled. I could feel his blood lust leak from his body. The guards look around.
"Do you feel that?" The first guard asked.
"Yeah things have been weird for hours. Some think this place is haunted?" The second guard said.
"Really why?" The first guard asked sarcastically, making the remark. "The Human Experiment, Slave Labor or Human Trafficking are not good enough reasons." He was treating human lives as no more than numbers. As we saw his face I saw blood red pupils. He was a vampire. Charles grinds his teeth.
"I can't wait until I free Two Face and the special delivery to kill these fools." Charles said his tone was cold and icy. He slowly stalks behind them.
"What were some of the weird things?" The second guard asked.
"A piece of clothing on the entrance, some steps not belonging to anyone, some other things are doors open without warning. Not to mention the creep feeling of being watched and being followed." The first one said as the second one laughed.
"Looks like a C-rank Vengeful Spirit, nothing out of the ordinary. About a year ago we had an A-rank one." The second guard said.
"What happened to the A-rank Vengeful Spirit?" The first one asked. The second guard shrugged.
"I have no clue. Some say it somewhere waiting to eat Magu and Tagu. Others say it eats a few of the children every week." The guard spoke to the second one as we left the building.
"That chilling." The first guard said.
"You have nothing to worry about, this is an easy way to get money." The second guard told the first one.
"Fair." The first guard spoke.
"Let's hope the special delivery is handled safely or it will be our head on the line." The second guard spoke with a smile.
"What's so special about it?" The first one questioned.
"Its physical strength is monstrous and it is quite intelligent." The second guard replied. They were alone. Charles had a blood smile.
"Hi." Charles said his Phantom Cloak disappears as he cuts the throat of the older officer. The first one tried to scream as nothing came out.
"Thanks you gave me an idea I can use with the Phantom hand using it on a specific part of the body. I call it Phantom Grasp." Charles said proudly as he started choking the first guard. He tried breaking Charles' grip and nothing happened. His face was drained of color. Charles gripped tightened and the flailing got weaker and slower. The last punch was to Charles face that did not move Charles face. His hand drops like a puppet with its string cut.
"I call this for the kids, maybe they can forgive me if I kill you." Charles spoke with a softened voice. I forgot that he killed the orphans after they were killed by Alex Darkblood and turned into Ghouls. He stripes and takes the younger guard's clothes.
"Thank you." Charles said with a cruel smile.
"Starlight Destroy." Charles said as with a flash of Starlight the two bodies vanished. In an instant they were gone.
"Phantom Cloak." Charles said as I felt us be covered by Charles' transparent energy. As the massive door opened Charles stopped it was slow. Several gears chattering and groaning.
"Looks like the shift is done." A single guard said as many people bounded in chains. Led out by a lead guard as another group of people entered they were also bound in changes.
"Come on, walk faster!" Another guard yelled. Leading them into the gate. We had entered the gate. Everything was a sickening white color. We have to get to the bottom floor. We followed the group of chained people. Charles' eyes looked around.
"Let's go down to the bottom floor. I want to see the special delivery." A really young guard said. As Charles started to follow the three guards.
"Yeah but we were told not to." The second one said, this peeked Charles interesting telling by Charles look in his eyes. Still that bad feeling did not change, it got worse. I let out a shaking breath.
"But who cares if not like we are going to be gunned down." The first one said, With a way of his hand. As they walked to the elevator. Charles follows and goes to a corner.
"Hey." Charles spoke, waving with a smile.
"Since when were you here?" The first one asked.
"You must have not seen me." Charles said with a came grin.
"Cool, we really need to get our vision checked." The second one mumbled.
"It's a real shame that we got caught." The first one said, rubbing his temples.
"I won't say I also want to see the two." Charles said as we heard a ding.
"Phantom Cloak." Charles whispered.
"Open Fire." Someone said beyond the door as the second the door opened, guards opened fire. As we jumped above them. Getting past them.

As I watched my little star grow. I felt pride unlike those failures of my other children. They pale in comparison to him. I was thinking of when he reaches his prime to use the rest of my children to make him a Vampire. He will become the second Emperor class Vampire like my father. I wonder if he will be stronger than Hellsing. He is the only one that has a small chance to. After all he is the only Dragon Slayer of the humans.
On another note Lux has taken a more active research on the idea of Vampirism. Unlike the fool I know when to call it quits. After I turned a Greater Dragon into a Vampire Dragon. It broke my control and also killed me if father did not step in it would have killed me. To think a Greater Dragon descendants of Gears would be so strong.
The beat has yet to know 10% percent of my knowledge like how the Vampirism gene is carried like a plague as it forces a painful transformation like an Ichor bath. As the three Legendary swords are connected one blood. Only we can use them or a being that has connection to us like someone who holds a contract with us.
On another note I have found my youngest brother Nile he was reincarnated into a body called Nikki Rivers. At least he is looking out for my little star.
I wonder why Lux thinks he is smart one day Charles will finally figure it out. Then he dies as Charles kills him.
Charles' body seemed to awaken his dormant Dragon Blood for some reason. I wonder why now of all times is something coming. Is it reacting because of his friends? There must be a reason. Seris has been happier and joyful after Charles' match against Niuhi saying things like it won't be long now. He knows something. I have also noticed that his Stella Deus has seven points but Charles only has six. It was odd. What does it mean? Also I theory that the woman known as Luma was Lux the elder dragon of light. Two beings that have defeated me gave birth to my greatest pride.
How I would guess about destiny would favor me so much.
He might be able to use light magic if he is pushed to his limits and his friend I smell a scent that I did not. He was the son of Umbra, quite a coincidence. It must be true that Elder Dragon draws another of their kind. I must say that I am proud of him. Without a shadow of my doubt he is my favourite son.
