Chapter 33 - Chapter 33: Venti: Wine Brewed from the Anemo Archon?! Which Anemo Archon?!

After accepting the commission, Chen Luo swiftly pulled out a glass of transparent... water?

"Wait, this is the so-called 'bitter melon juice brewed by the Bitter Melon God'? It's not even bitter melon juice!" At first glance, Theresa was skeptical. She didn't believe this was bitter melon juice.

There must be a limit to lying, right.

"Try it yourself if you don't believe me. What do you have to lose?" Chen Luo didn't bother explaining.

"...Fair enough." After a moment's thought, Theresa relented.

This bar owner seemed to be running a charity—he hadn't even asked for payment.

Plus...

She glanced at Fu Hua beside her, feeling slightly reassured.

Even if this drink has some weird effect, Fu Hua's here to handle it.

And this was Bitter Melon God's juice! Missing out on this opportunity would be a lifelong regret.

Steeling herself, Theresa raised the glass of suspiciously clear liquid and took a small sip.

"Ahh..."

An involuntary moan escaped her lips.

"Mmph?!" She instantly clapped a hand over her mouth, staring at the "water" in shock.

"T-This... This is bitter melon juice?! This is a miracle!"

"Maybe because it is a miracle?" Chen Luo smirked.

"So? Satisfied?"

"Beyond satisfied! Boss, I want to take out 100 servings!" Theresa exclaimed excitedly.

"..." Chen Luo's face darkened instantly.

One serving of Void Wine cost 5 Primogems. A hundred servings would be 500 Primogems. Unless she issues a 1000-Primogem commission right now, no way.

"Sorry, drinks or wine of this level are sold in limited quantities." Chen Luo flatly refused.

"Oh... Right, something this incredible must be rare—maybe only available once every few centuries?" Theresa's disappointment was tinged with understanding.

"..."

Chen Luo glanced at the bar's inventory screen, where Void Wine was labeled: [Infinite Stock].

[Void Wine]: A shapeless liquor that can mimic any drink's flavor but not its unique effects.

How should I say this, you can have as much as you want—if you're obsessed enough.

[Ding! Commission complete. Great success—Primogem reward doubled.]

And just like that, 80 Primogems and a special item landed in his pocket.

[St. Freya Academy Staff ID] (World Item):

Grants free access to St. Freya Academy and the Honkai Impact 3rd world.

Renders the holder invisible to the Will of Honkai and other special forces.

Classified as a World-Legitimizing Proof.

This thing was... amazing yet kinda useless.

But for the Herrscher of Sentience, it'd be perfect.

As for why Venti didn't drop something similar? His Vision already served that purpose.

Show up with a Vision, and even if you claim you're not from this world, no one would belief you.

"No matter how many times I see it, this bar never fails to amaze," Venti murmured in awe.

Although I have never heard of the Bitter Melon God, I feel like he should be quite powerful.

"Of course! With enough conviction, I can serve you anything—whether it's Bitter Melon God's juice or even wine brewed from the Anemo Archon!" Chen Luo boasted.

"W-W-Wine... b-brewed from... the Anemo Archon?!" Venti's voice cracked mid-sentence.

Hold up. Are we talking about the same Archon here?!

"What? Want to try some?" Chen Luo grinned.

"N-No! Absolutely not!" Venti shook his head violently.

He'd drink anything—except wine made from himself.

This bar is a horror show.

"Uh, hypothetically speaking... if you did make 'Anemo Archon-brewed wine,' would you, like... actually kidnap the Archon to distill it? Or just simulate the flavor?" Venti asked nervously.

"Relax, I'm not that brutal. It's 100% simulation—no real Archons, or other wind spirits are used. That said..." Chen Luo's tone turned sly. "If you insist on the authentic version, it's possible—just pricey, and you'd need to provide the ingredients yourself." When Venti breathed a sigh of relief, Chen Luo said this.

"!!!"

Venti looked at Chen Luo with horror.

Since when was bartending this terrifying?!

"So, want a glass of Anemo Archon-brewed wine?" Chen Luo pressed.

Bitter Melon God's juice netted 80 Primogems. Archon wine should be just as profitable.

"NO." Venti refused firmly.

"Really? It's pure simulation—no unethical sourcing. And trust me, Archon wine would taste infinitely better than whatever you drank yesterday." Chen Luo continued to tempt him.

"ABSOLUTELY NOT."

Venti's refusal was firm... but Chen Luo detected a sliver of hesitation.

"Your call." Chen Luo backed off—for now. He'll cave eventually.

After all...

"Anemo Archon" doesn't necessarily mean Teyvat's Anemo Archon, right?

Venti's inner turmoil raged.

This bar's powers span worlds. Surely it wouldn't target just me? It is impossible for you to drink yourself, right?

Wind-brewed wine was divine... but Archon-brewed?

"Um, can I take this to-go?" Theresa lifted her glass.

"Sure." Chen Luo nodded.

"Want it in a boba cup?"

"Please!" She eagerly handed him the "water."

Theresa wanted to savor this heavenly drink on the spot, but one sip and she couldn't help but moan.

Especially with Fu Hua watching... Too embarrassing.

Better retreat to her room and indulge in private.

"Oh, Fu Hua, aren't you heading back?"

"I'll return later, you can go back first."

"Don't stay out too late." Theresa told Fu Hua.

She trusted Fu Hua completely.

Dependable in every way—work ethic, competence, or[broad mindedness].

Truly a woman who radiates reassurance.
