Season 2 - Chapter 16: A Darkness on the Trifle Side of the Moon
After the temptation of Lucifer and Julius, life in the village seemed to return to normal. Volt was fixing the chicken cages again, but this time Anos and Akuto weren't the same. They now felt vibrations that ordinary people do not.
The new enemy: "Erisa, the Shaper of the Universe"
Deep in the darkest forest next to the village, the red eyes looking at Volt's house were not Lucifer's. That was "Erisa." He is a being that existed before Hell and Heaven were created. Erisa is neither a monster nor a goddess, she is an "absolute darkness" that can shapeshift into anyone she wants.
"Volt... you thought crossing Lucifer was the end? You just cut off the noise that bothered me. Now it's time to take away the white power that Vanessa gave you," Erisa said in a low, snake-like voice.
"White Shadows" Band
Anos and Akuto gathered under the apple tree.
Anos: "Akuto, can you feel it? The air is heavy. Lucifer's gone, but there's something else here that smells like 'non-existence.'
Akuto: "Yeah, it's like our shadows are afraid of us. We need to get ready. My father can't do everything by himself."
They decided to form a special band called the White Shadows. Their mission was to hunt down any monstrous remnants and find the source of this new darkness.
Erisa's dangerous game
In the evening, while Volt was fishing, someone sat next to him. Volt looked at him... the person looked exactly like "Sai". Same sound, same shape, same energy.
Sai (Erisa): "Volt, what are you thinking? Are you still worried about Lucifer?"
Volt paused for a second, dipped his eyes, and then smiled coldly.
Volt: "Sai... You know when we're fishing, I never talk. And you know that a real 'Sai' doesn't use his left hand to hold the hook."
At that moment, the earth exploded under the shadow. Erisa changed shape into a massive black mist and rose into the sky.
Eryssa: "Blim as always, Volt. But can you tell which is Vanessa and which is me? When you're back home, be careful of the kiss you'll welcome."
Fear in the house
Volt returned home with legendary speed. He saw Vanessa standing in the kitchen, but Alyssa, Anos, and Akuto were also there. They all look at it the same. Volt felt his heart pounding with fear for the first time in his life... Because Erisa isn't just one person, she can become "everyone
