When Yan Feifan said it was business as usual, he wasn't just talking.
Upon returning to his office in the Little Red House, he unceremoniously dismissed his followers to go about their own business. Then, taking Zhu Jian and Berry with him, he sat down with the waiting Ji Meng to discuss her plastic surgery plan.
Yan Feifan handed Ji Meng two hand-drawn sketches—one of her face from the front, and another showing her left profile. The facial details in these two sketches were drawn with such remarkable clarity and precision that they looked nearly as realistic as photographs.
Ji Meng fell in love at first sight, instantly captivated the moment she took the sketches. They gave her an intense feeling of something both familiar and foreign, as if she were looking at a masterfully retouched selfie. But more than that, it looked like the absolute most beautiful version of herself, captured by a master photographer and further enhanced by a Photoshop expert.
