Over a thousand Sun Gods from various races meant an incredibly abundant supply of Origin Genes!
Over ninety percent of the Sun Gods who entered the secret realm perished each time. The vast majority didn't die at the hands of Exotic Beast Spiritual Plants, but were plundered and killed by Sun Gods of other races.
Over a thousand Sun Gods constantly slaughtered each other in the secret realm, like Gu insects fighting in a jar. The small fraction who ultimately survived naturally acquired a terrifying quantity and variety of Origin Genes. In this secret realm trial, whoever emerged as the final victor would simultaneously acquire Ancestral God skills and a massive amount of Origin Genes, instantly satisfying the two major requirements for becoming an Ancestral God.
