Chapter 38 - Chapter 38: Interesting, very interesting, there's a change!

After hearing his emphasis, Shiro really wanted to retort, but he restrained himself.

"Alright, put your tail away first. You're exposed."

Lala wasn't disturbed at all when she heard that. Calmly, she turned her body toward Shiro.

"Ara~ Why do I feel like you're not surprised at all?"

"That's really strange."

Of course, Shiro couldn't say, "I read the scenario and even stole someone else's scenario," right?

"Emmm… mainly because an unknown object suddenly fell from the sky near the school gate and almost hit me."

"That thing was scorched metal and really looked like an alien spaceship, or maybe an escape capsule."

"And then, on this planet, there are ghosts, demons, nature spirits, and magicians. There's everything and anything, so what's one more alien?"

Lala's eyes immediately sparkled as she looked at Shiro.

"Really? How come? I haven't seen any such records on the internet or in reports about this planet."

Shiro replied in a tone as if it were something completely normal.

"That's natural. After all, only a small number of people know about such things. Now it seems we need to add one more thing: there are also aliens on this planet."

Thinking about it, Shiro felt a slight headache. Why hadn't he thought of this earlier? After all, with a sister named Mikan, it seemed perfectly normal that aliens existed on this planet.

"By the way, can you put something on first? You know, you're quite tempting like this, okay?"

Hearing that, Lala looked at Shiro's expression and spoke in surprise.

"Really? Don't people blush when they're shy? But I don't see you blushing!"

"I'm suppressing all kinds of emotions right now so I can talk to you."

"Otherwise, I'd probably be blushing and turning my head away right now."

Shiro decisively placed himself into the role of a certain character.

At that moment, a robot that looked like a plush toy, with a pair of black wings behind its back, flew over.

"Lady Lala!"

"Peke! You managed to escape safely."

After the plush robot briefly explained the situation, it turned toward Shiro and asked in a confused tone, "Lady Lala, who is this person?"

Lala also turned her head and only then asked Shiro's name.

"Come to think of it, I still haven't asked what your name is."

"Shiro!"

"My full name has only two characters, Shiro."

Lala softly repeated Shiro's name after hearing it.

Then she lifted the transforming robot in her hand and introduced it.

"Peke, this child's name is Peke."

"He's a transforming robot that I made myself."

After saying that, she tossed the towel aside and let the robot help her change clothes.

The corners of Shiro's lips twitched involuntarily as he watched the whole process. Honestly, this was quite unbelievable. Where did all that thick fabric for the clothes come from? And this whole setup was completely serious.

Lala spun around a few times, clearly very satisfied, then looked at Shiro and said in a cheerful tone, "Shiro, how is it? Do I look nice like this?"

Hearing that, Shiro replied mercilessly.

"I don't really understand your sense of aesthetics, but according to Earth's aesthetics, you don't look very well dressed like this."

Lala let out a "heh," then looked a little surprised. She hadn't expected her outfit to look bad here!

At that moment, Shiro sensed something, and as expected, someone directly jumped in through his window.

Shiro felt helpless watching this. He had locked the window; were the two of them going to break it?

The two immediately stated their intentions, but their words sounded easy to misunderstand. In any case, Shiro, who hadn't read the scenario, would definitely have misunderstood.

"You're really a troublesome person."

"This time, whether by binding you or by other means, we must take you back."

Lala's first reaction was an expression of dissatisfaction, like a little girl throwing a tantrum.

"Peke, they really followed you."

The transforming robot also panicked a little, not expecting that Lady Lala would be exposed because of him.

Then the two didn't waste words and started an unfair fight. This scene looked exactly like a violent kidnapping of a beautiful girl by hooligans.

Shiro suddenly narrowed his eyes, as if he sensed something; something had changed!

In the same instant, he appeared in front of the two of them and placed his hands on their shoulders. They froze instantly, because they felt as if a demon from the deep abyss stood behind them, capable of devouring them at any moment. Everyone stiffened immediately.

Lala immediately broke free, then looked at the two standing stiffly with some confusion.

"You two seem to have brought me even more trouble."

The two were now completely drenched in sweat, not understanding at all what Shiro was saying.

Then Shiro picked Lala up in his arms, carrying her like a princess.

"There's another guest. I'll find an empty place to deal with him. You two get lost on your own. And if you dare dirty my room, you're dead."

As soon as Shiro said that, the two immediately responded as if their bodies, like obedient pets, had heard their master's command and respectfully said, "Yes."

Then Shiro directly jumped out of the house carrying her in his arms, moving across the rooftops.

Lala was a little confused by this sudden change.

"Huh?!"

"Shiro, did you just save me?"

"Isn't that normal? After all, those two didn't look like good people. Of course, they're not the main problem; they brought a big trouble with them."

"So I'm taking you to an open area to deal with that big trouble. After all, my sister is still in the house and I don't want to destroy it; my parents left that house to me."

Lala completely misunderstood this, thinking it was exactly as she had imagined.

When the two arrived at an open area, a bright spaceship suddenly appeared high in the sky.

Then a person in sci-fi armor descended from the spaceship.

Lala, who was being carried in Shiro's arms, immediately shouted, "Zastin!" as soon as she saw the newcomer.

Then the other party coldly said, "Put her down immediately."

"Someone who isn't involved shouldn't interfere in our affairs."

Shiro felt the urge to punch this guy, but he didn't let her go.

Then the other party warned again in a serious tone.

"I'll say it once more: put her down immediately, then get lost, disappear."

Hearing that, Shiro, still holding her, curved his lips into a smile.

"And what if I don't put her down today?"

"Then I'll have to use force to make you put her down. So take my advice: if you don't want to die, get lost quickly."

"She's in my arms. I don't want to let her go. What should I do?"

Shiro spoke in a very provocative tone and even hugged her a little tighter.

Lala felt Shiro's protective embrace, and her heart trembled several times.

The other party didn't expect such a scene, but it wasn't good to attack an innocent person, especially since he was protecting their princess.

So he had no choice but to change his approach.

"Princess Lala! Please don't be willful. What is this, running away from home for no reason?"

The two of them started talking. It was nothing more than a willful girl who didn't want to continue with an arranged marriage and decided to run away, while the other party tried to persuade her to return.

Just as the two were finishing their conversation, Shiro suddenly interrupted.

"By the way, are you two almost done talking?"

At that, both of them felt a little strange.

"Young man from Earth, what do you mean by that?"
