Third Person POV. -- 8th Of October -- 2415 --
[ Hinode City -- Benihana Estate ]
"Hello and welcome everyone to NHA channels. I am you host for today and we have a lot to uncover, so let's get to it.
Yesterday during the top 10 pro heroes revealing ceremony, –a time where our nation's most capable and strongest heroes are gathered in one place, a lot of large scale fights broke out.
These fights were primarily at or near the agencies that the top 10 are occupying.
One of these attacks, –done by a former villain who recently came out of a prison/asylum was confirmed to be the main suspect.
The fight had broken out at Tokyo prefecture, specifically at the Giant Mall that's situated at Kiyashi Ward.
The villain was an Emitter type quirk user who could influence his environment's moisture to create liquid water.
Yesterday, during the time when All Might was away for the ceremony, he attacked the mall at Kiyashi ward, –but wasn't able to do any significant damage thanks to someone on the scene.
The person who confronted this villain wasn't a pro hero themselves, but she also wasn't a vigilante.
No, the person who was able to stop the villain was none other than The Heart of Japan, Benihana Retsu.
Officials are investigating the scene of the confrontation and have found and apprehended the villain already.
Because of the level of power he had displayed, –being able to control liquid water to trap the entire mall, he will likely be put into Tartarus prison, –the place where our nation's worst nightmares would be put in order for a safer society.
On the other hand, civilians and pro's on the scene has nothing but praise to give the young lady who was able to stop this formidable villain. Though the official statement from the HPSC is yet to be made or announced regarding this incident.
Was what the young, 12 years old girl did heroic? The civilians on site says yes. Was it also reckless and could bring punishment for the young lady? We still don't know.
Her professional license as a doctor gives her authority to use her 'quirk's healing aspects' in public, but is that enough to justify her taking up arms against the villain all on her own? We shall wait and see what the commission has to say about this.
The civilians who were on the scene may praise the brave girl, but many in the media also condemn her for her reckless actions.
Many say that if she hadn't acted at all, the situation could have resolved itself on its own thanks to the many pro heroes who were at the mall.
the Officials from the HPSC hasn't issued any news regarding the incident yet, but most public opinion lean on her potentioally getting punished for this action.

On a different note, a report just came in today regarding another, more 'vague' news regarding an anomaly in the Gunga Mountainous Regions at Wakayama Prefecture.
In the reports gathered from local civilians and the police near Gunga, it is said that there were 'sightings of a strange shadow, –a hulk like figure moving around the mountainous region and making loud nois-"
Before anything further is said, the TV at the common room of the mansion inside the Benihana estate is turned off.
The person who turned it off turns to look at 2 people, who are both sitting in seiza styles with a pillow under them, acting as cution to not let their knees get hurt.
"I still can't believe this. " The one who turned off the TV, Benihana Tetsuya says while massaging his aching forehead, while the two who are sitting before him have their heads lowered.
The duo, mother and daughter, a replica in all but height and proportions, are currently sitting under the scrutiny of the husband/father who was up and away when they made this mess.
"I mean, what were you thinking?? " He asks, then turns his head slightly towards Kie, "and what were you thinking letting her fight the villain? She could have died you know! " He yells out, though even still the worry in his voice hasn't left.
Yesterday night, Redvein was on his way back to his agency after the ceremony. That's where he got a message from Sebastian, the head butler of the Benihana Family.
There, Redvein learned of what happened at Kiyashi Ward Mall District, and he instantly changed course towards Hinode City, flying by using his quirk to make the trip faster.
Now, he is in front of the TV, seeing the report of the incident going live on TV, with a lot of criticism even directed towards him, –though he couldn't care less about the last part.
Finally, Kie finds her voice a little, lifting her head a little to look at Tetsuya, "u-uhhm... D-dear... I tried... I really did try to not let her fight, but she didn't listen to me... " She droops her head down again, leading to Retsu looking up at him.
Tetsuya turns his head towards his wife, "as her mother you should have authority over her behavior. Telling me that you couldn't control your own daughter is a pretty lame excuse, Kie. "
Tetsuya folds his hands over his chest, his eyes narrowed and looking at the two. "And you, Retsu. Don't think i won't scold you too or that you can get away with the excuse of pointing at your age, you may be young, but mistakes like this are things i won't tolerate from you. Frankly, i thought you knew better. "
"... "
There is a moment of silence between the family of 3,before Tetsuya lets out a weary sigh. Helooks down and lets out his frustrations, "look, you two, " Kie and Retsu look at his face, seeing the weariness on his strong visage,
A look that doesn't suit his strong and unbreakable demeanor at all,
"It's not that I'm angry at you guys, it's that I'm worried, " He looks at the two, "Put yourselfs in my place for one second. " He puts a hand on his chest,
"What do you think i felt in that moment when i got the news? "
He looks to Retsu, "did you think i'd gotten angry? " Then towards Kie, "or do you think i got proud or something? "
They remember the moment he came down in front of the mansion doors, how he burst into the mansion in panic, looking around for them before finding them sitting on the couch. How he sprinted forth and enveloped them in a tight hug.
"Do you guys Have any idea of how i felt in that moment? " His brow creases, "i felt like i lost a part of my heart! " He moves forward a step, "i didn't feel angry, nor did i feel proud. I felt like i lost you, i felt like i failed you guys for some reason.
Even with Sebastian telling me through the phone that you two were okay, icouldn't believehim until i was in front of you two. " He moves and takes hold of both her wife and daughter's hand.
"In this whole world, i only have you two, do you understand? I have nobody else. You two are the only ones who matter to me. " He takes them into his embrace,
"please..." The tone he uses, is something else, It's a voice that shouldn't come out of such a formidable man. "Don't make me worry like this again... "
"... "
There is a moment of silence, with the Man holding his family in a tight embrace, and after a moment, he gets hugged back by his wife and daughter.
"We're sorry, we won't do it again. " They say, making the huge Man take a sigh of relief, as if a burden has been lifted off of his shoulder.
Some may argue that Kie couldn't have done anything even if she tried, but they'd be wrong.
Kie knew Retsu would win, and she still did try to stop her, but at the same time she didn't. If Kie truely tried to stop her, she could have, Retsu would have listened.
But years of her baby girl being targeted, and her overcoming those odds and sending those people running back, made the Mother lenient on her child.
She became lenient, allowing her to run into danger, –something fundementally wrong.
A mother should never allow their child to run into danger, no matter what.
Tetsuya is mostly away from the two, so seeing the footage of the fight, the scale that Retsu fought in, as a pro hero he understood that it was dangerous.
Even a single misshapcould have ended Retsu, he knows this, understands it, and is angry with his wife for allowing her to run into danger.
Retsu may be mature, but it seems Tetsuya and Kie hasn't learned from their beach incident mistake.
Not teaching Retsu something fundemental such as not running into danger, allowing her to run on forward, and possibly getting hurt.
They told her they'd teach her what to do and what not to do, but they've neglected her in that aspect once again.
Tetsuya turns to Retsu, "Retsu. I'm not allowing you the free will you've had until now anymore.
I will be revoking your Doctor's licence personally. " He says, making Retsu look up, –not shocked at all,
'Well, what do you see, A future i saw coming. ' she idly thinks.
They part ways, "it seems I've been lenient with you too much, to the point that you think it is okay to go off and fight villains in brought daylight.
I will personally be going to the HPSC HQ and revoking your licence.
Until you are older, and until you have gotten a license in any field you pursue the normal way, you will not have the authority of an adult. " Tetsuya finalizes, before he turns to Kie,
"You and i will have a long chat later. For now, go to your work, Kie. We'll talk tonight.
I won't be going back to my agency. Instead I'm heading to Seisho to get her licence revoked. " He says, before getting up and start walking out, leaving the room with his shoulders drooped and letting out a deep, weary sigh...
"... "
Left alone, the duo look down.
Retsu is the first to look up, "I'm sorry for getting you into this trouble. Father's right, that fight could have ended another way. "
Yesterday when Retsu got to the main plaza, she saw a pro hero, someone famous and into the top 50. Somone who could have apprehended that villain.
"Im sorry, Mother. " She lets her head droop, apologizing to Kie, –who then looks up with her brows furrowed,
"no, It's not just your fault. Tetsuya is right, i should have stopped you back there, it's my fault as much as it's yours. " Kie brings Retsu into a hug, letting out a sigh, "sorry about your licence. I know how much you wanted to be a doctor. "
"It's okay, i don't really feel that attached to it. " Retsu says, and she means it.
Retsu is over thousands of years old. She may make mistakes still, –because that is a given because she's human, but in her old eyes, waiting a few more years to get her licence back doesn't really affect her that much.
She couldn't care less for the lost opportunity, it just means her road to the very top was delayed, which is something she is okay with.

The following day, the HPSC makes an official notice regarding the Kiyashi mall incident.
In their notice, they let the public know that Benihana Retsu's license has been revoked. And she is banned from taking the same exam to get it back ever again.
If she wants it back, she'll have to go through the normal procedure, which is by going to school, graduating, going to college, and then after that she will get her doctor's license back.
Her resume won't have any black lists on it, it will be clean, but the only way she can become a doctor again is through the normal procedure now.
Of course, there is also a different way she could get her license back, and she could do so way earlier.
She could graduate from a hero school, and get her doctor's lisence written on top of her hero's license, giving her full authority to use her quirk in public and under the dictated quirk laws.
Then, situations like what happened at Kiyashi Mall wouldn't happen again.
That was the official decree of the commission, leading to the public both settling down and also realising something,
They finally came to the conclusion, suddenly realizing that their Heart Of Japan is no longer going to pump blood through their veins...

[ Hinode City -- Gakushūin Junior High ]
Gakushūin Junior High is a private middle school where many pro hero's kid's will attend.
It is also the middle school which Tetsuya and Kie went to, before they both tried at UA High,
Tetsuya finding his passion in hero work, but Kie dropping out from the Hero course because she realized it wasn't for her.
Currently within a classroom inside the prestigious school, the upper and middle-class family kids are all seen sitting in their seats, being orderly and quietly listening to the lessons that are being taught.
Their homeroom teacher, Mrs. Yamada Keiko, –A woman in her elder ages of 50 but still somone who teaches in this prestigious school, is seen writing on the black board when suddenly her name is announced.
"Ding dong ding~ Mrs. Yamada, you are requested to the principals office. I repeat your presence is requested at the principal's office. Dong Ding Dong~"
Mrs. Yamada turns to her class, "Ashido-san, please continue from page 245 forward. I will be back in a moment. " She says, before turning and exiting the room, leaving the pink skinned girl to continue from where she left off.

At the principal's office,
Once Mrs. Yamada is there, she knocks on the door before she is permitted to enter.
Once the older woman enters the room, she sees the principal, –a woman with long brown hair and a single, straight, brown horn exiting from the middle of his forehead.
she also sees two more people occupying the room.
Upon looking, her eyes land on the bigger figure, making her eyes widen slightly,
"Tetsuya? " She asks, leading to the man turning and smiling at her way. "Ah, hello. It's been a while Yamada Sensei. How have you been? " He asks, making the older woman smile too,
"Oh it's been fine. My days are passing by despite my hearing problems. Thank you for asking dear, what about you? How has Kie been lately? " She asks,
"oh, she's been fine. She's working at her family hospital as it's head, actually. You should go visit her, maybe she'll be able to help in your hearing problems. "
"Maybe later dear, " Mrs. Yamada says before she looks to the one sitting beside her former student, somone who has subtle similarities to Tetsuya, like the pointed eyes and such.
"And what do we have here? The prodical doctor who got the title Heart Of Japan.
I don't suppose you're here to miraculously heal my ears, are you~? " Her tone is teasing, her intentions playful and not at all aggressive, leading to Retsu smiling her way,
"No unfortunately. I'm actually going to be your student for the next years or so. " She says, leading to Mrs. Yamada blinking in confusion.
"But i thought you already had a career? Why come to middle school dear? What happened? " She asks,
"It seems you've been busy the last few days, Yamada sensei, "
The principal finally speaks up, "Benihana Retsu here has gotten her license revoked by the HPSC following an incident. She'll be with us for the foreseeable future. " She informs, leading to Mrs. Yamada blinking in suprise,
"Really. Well i guess youngsters will be youngsters huh.
My own son is so reckless in his hero work despite being so old, that it makes my bones ache so much. " She complains a little, getting smiles from those present in the room.
"Present Mic is an exceptional hero, I'm sure you are very proud of him, Yamada Sensei. " Tetsuya says, getting a laugh and a nod from the older woman. "Haha, that i am dear, that i am,"
"speaking of revoked silences, I'm sure it is not my place to request, nor is it anything i should meddle with... But... " The principal looks to Tetsuya, who looks to Retsu, before the trio look to Mrs. Yamada, making the woman blink.
"I'm sure after my License got revoked, i shouldn't be using my quirk in public... " Retsu says,
"But if no one were to see it... " Tetsuya continues,
"...then it wouldn't hurt anyone i guess. " And the principal finishes.

Author's note/ WHAAAAAAAT! PRESENT MIC –HIZASHI YAMADA'S– MOM WAS TEACHING AT MIDDLE SCHOOL???
AND SHE WAS MINA ASHIDO'S MIDDLE SCHOOL TEACHER?!? WHAT THE HELL?!? WHAT IS GOING ON OVER HERE????
