Synopsis
The moment Rin arrives in the Dragon Ball world, fate gives him no time to hesitate. A God-Tier Choice System descends, demanding a decision that will determine everything. Vegeta? Goku? Or the most terrifying potential of all—Son Gohan during the Cell Saga? Rin chooses without hesitation. Before the world can react, Cell begins his hunt—targeting Android 18, the final piece needed for his perfect evolution. The heroes are late. The future is seconds from collapse. And Rin stands directly in Cell’s path. No negotiations. No retreat. No hesitation. With Gohan’s explosive talent coursing through his body and a system that rewards action over mercy, Rin throws himself into battle, shattering the original timeline. Every choice he makes pushes him further beyond restraint, forcing power to awaken through violence, pressure, and absolute resolve. Android 18 is no longer prey. Cell is no longer inevitable. And Son Gohan’s suppressed fury is no longer allowed to sleep. This is not a story about watching legends fight. It is the story of a man who changes the Cell Saga from the very first blow, saves Android 18 before despair begins, and drags Son Gohan’s true power into the light—whether the world is ready or not. When the system gives three choices, Rin chooses the only answer that matters. Fight.

Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: Android 18—Save Her, or Not?

In the mirror was a sharply contoured face—handsome, refined, and utterly unfamiliar.

"Did I… really transmigrate?"

Rin stared straight at his reflection, lifting a hand to touch that strange face as he muttered softly to himself.

His last memory was painfully clear: staying up all night rewatching Dragon Ball Z, stubbornly holding out until five in the morning.

Half-asleep, he'd finally drifted off.

And then—he woke up.

And everything became this.

A foreign world.

A foreign body.

And behind him, a brown-black tail coiled around his waist.

This tail—Rin knew it far too well.

It was the symbol of the Saiyans from Dragon Ball.

"So… I transmigrated. And not only that—I transmigrated into the Dragon Ball world and became a Saiyan?"

Rin murmured to himself again.

At that moment, he didn't know whether he should be happy or terrified.

The Dragon Ball world was a place where monsters abounded—where battles casually shattered heavens and destroyed worlds. It was unimaginably dangerous.

But now that he'd become a Saiyan—a race with limitless potential—

Maybe… just maybe…

He could survive in this perilous world.

Maybe…

He could even go further than that.

[Ding! Congratulations, Host, on arriving in the Dragon Ball world. Activating the God-Tier Selection System.]

[System activated!]

[Please choose from the following options to determine the strength and cultivation talent you will obtain.]

[Option One: Son Goku's strength and talent (end of the Cell Saga)!]

[Option Two: Vegeta's strength and talent (end of the Cell Saga)!]

[Option Three: Son Gohan's strength and talent (end of the Cell Saga)!]

Just as Rin was reeling in disbelief, a cold, synthesized electronic voice echoed inside his mind.

"System?"

Rin froze for a split second—then his eyes lit up with joy.

Having spent years devouring web novels of every kind, Rin was more than familiar with transmigration and systems!

So the moment that electronic voice rang out in his head, he understood immediately.

A system.

The standard loadout for transmigrators.

And a God-Tier Selection System at that—it sounded absurdly powerful.

[Please make your selection…]

The system's voice rang out again.

"I choose Option Three—Son Gohan's strength and talent."

Rin made his decision without the slightest hesitation.

As a hardcore Dragon Ball fan, he knew the series inside and out.

Though Son Gohan was a half-Saiyan, his latent potential far surpassed both Son Goku and Vegeta.

The only reason he later degenerated into the infamous "Scholar Gohan" was because he abandoned training to pursue academics.

That had nothing to do with talent.

His talent was still terrifying.

And by the end of the Cell Saga, Son Gohan had already been the first to ascend to Super Saiyan 2.

At that time, Son Goku had only reached Super Saiyan at full power

and Vegeta hadn't even achieved that yet.

So this choice wasn't difficult at all.

[Ding! Congratulations, Host, on obtaining Son Gohan's strength (Super Saiyan 2) and cultivation talent.]

The instant Rin completed his selection, the system's voice rang out once more.

In that very moment, an unimaginably overwhelming power surged violently through his body.

Along with it came a flood of information.

For example

Flight Technique.

Ki control.

Masenko.

Solar Flare.

Kamehameha… and more.

Gulp.

"So this means… I've completely inherited Son Gohan's strength and all of his techniques?"

Rin swallowed hard, his voice trembling with excitement.

The sensation of power flooding every inch of his body

It felt amazing.

"System, what point in time is this?"

After forcibly calming his racing heart, Rin asked silently in his mind.

He already knew that communicating with the system required nothing more than a thought.

[Replying to Host: The current time is Age 767, May 16.]

The system's response was precise to the extreme.

Even the exact date was stated clearly.

"Age 767?"

"If I remember correctly… that's when the Androids appeared."

Rin said in astonishment.

If that was the case, then with strength on par with Super Saiyan 2 Gohan—

Wouldn't he basically be invincible right now?

Even Perfect Cell wouldn't be worth worrying about.

This system

Was ridiculously generous!

"Let me sense the ki around me."

Rin immediately began scanning his surroundings.

Over there—three powerful ki signatures, with a noticeably weaker one nearby.

And over there again—another three ki signatures…

"Don't tell me… Cell has already appeared?"

Rin narrowed his eyes after sensing the surrounding energies.

Among the three ki signatures closest to him, one of them was very likely Cell's.

Because the ki was chaotic—unnaturally mixed.

And Cell, after all, was an artificial being created from the cells of countless fighters.

[Ding! God-Tier Selection System activated.]

[Monster detected: Cell intends to absorb the beautiful Android No. 18. Please make your choice.]

[Option One: Turn a blind eye and flee immediately.

Reward: New Tri-Beam Technique + "Pah! Watching someone die makes you a scumbag" Golden Title!]

[Option Two: Reason with Cell using logic and emotion.

Reward: Final Flash + Ultimate Talk-no-Jutsu!]

[Option Three: Screw it—just beat the hell out of Cell.

Reward: Side-effect-free Tenfold Kaioken + Android 18's Affection!]

Rin had just finished sensing the surrounding ki when the system's electronic voice echoed in his mind yet again.
