-1 day later since Cyrus return to Indigo-
Cyrus has been training once he got done with Lance and In that training Bolin the numel has evolved into Camerupt Increasing It's Special Atk a bunch and has become basically a ranged attacking Tank and with this evolution it's gonna take spot on Cyrus's squad for Clair and the team for Clair will be Kailo, Khaos, Tank, Kira, Raven, and Bolin while leaving out the strong Attackers Like CinderWing. Phantom, and Amaterasu
-At the league stadium-
Announcer: welcome are first match of the Day our very own Elite 4 Cyrus VS Clair who is Challenging Cyrus for his position
The crowd goes wild as Cyrus Walks out on to the battle field calm as always and Clair walks out of her tunnel with her Dragonite behind her
Clair: let's see if all the rumors are true but I doubt they are
Cyrus just is quiet observing her Dragonite
Cyrus thinks: that Dragonite is strong that for sure based on the muscles hidden underneath it's scales but with trainer like Clair at the driver seat it's actual strength is serious dragged down by her commands
Cyrus releases Kira who automatically sets up the sun causing Kira's fur to glimmer in the sun
Clair: Dragonite let's go use extreme speed and hit her fast
Dragonite speeds towards Kira and hit's but it barely scuffs Kira and she responds with a brutal weather ball which becomes Fire type and strikes at Dragonite but the Kira uses Reflect and Light screen buffing her up defensively and Dragonite shakes off the weather ball and responds with a Dragon claw
Cyrus: Dodge then use Calm mind and Dazzling gleam followed by Fire Blast
Kira dodges and then uses Calm mind which boost it's Special DF and It's Special atk and then fires off a super-effective Dazzling Gleam, followed by a sun-boosted and Calm Mind-boosted Fire Blast, sending Dragonite into the stadium wall, knocking Dragonite out like a light
Announcer: Dragonite is knocked out. Cyrus wins the 1st round. Clair, please send out your second Pokémon
Clair's face looks like someone spilt her cereal, and she then pulls a poke ball and releases a Kingdra, a dragon-water type
Cyrus: Kira, use Solar beam, then follow up with dazzling gleam
Clair: Kingdra use rain dance, then use Hydro-Pump
Cyrus: Kira, use Protect, then Sunny day
Kingdra's Hydro-Pump pierces through the portect knocking her back, but still sets up the sun back up without a problem and on instinct, Kira fires off Solar Beam, striking down the Kingdra
Announcer: Cyrus wins the 2nd round. Clair please send out your next pokemon
Throughout the 2nd battle clairs face kept getting angrier
Clair thinks: a disgrace to water and dragon type pokemon
Cyrus: That exact thought process is the reason why you're losing
Cyrus doesn't actually know what she is saying, but can purely assume from her eyes and facial expression
Cyrus: That exact process is the reason for your Pokémon losing, but it's not their fault. They are strong no doubt about it, especially that Dragonite, but their weakness isn't type, but it's you your the problem in your team, not your Pokémon.
Clair: What do you know you took on the weakest elite 4 member to get in
Cyrus is just laughing at the absurdity of the words just spoken
Clair: What are you laughing about?!
Cyrus calms down and speaks coldly
Cyrus: Bruno was the worst opponent next to your cousin, heck even he would be easier in some way, or I could have challenged one of the Ice type specialists, such as Lorelei and Pryce, it would have been a snooze fest for my fire types but no I challenged the one elite 4 member who had a realistic counter to almost all of my pokemon and came out victorous anyways that shows the strength of me and my pokemon but that's not what you see all you see is a type specialist who isn't dragon domainating in ways you've never seen before
Clair looks like she could just combust into flames with the way she's looking
Cyrus: You know what, Kira, go free, do anything you want until you're knocked out, just don't injure her pokemon they don't deserve it
Kira smirks, and the sun intensify's 3 fold, and for the next 4 rounds, Kira obliterates all of her Pokémon to the point where Clair looks pale as a ghost, and Kira's fur is sparkly as ever
all of the fans and announcer just looks shocked at the Apex predator that Cyrus's Nine-tails is
Announcer: Huh....Cyrus wins!
-In the elite 4 box-
Agatha is crackling up, and Lorelei's glasses are dropped to the ground, and Lance just looks like a magikcarp gapping, and Pryce just is sweating
Lance: That..... was absolute dominance, she had no chance at all, and I thought his only power house was his Amaterasu, but I was wrong that Nine-tails is leagues above any other I've ever seen in my life
Agatha: She got what she deserved to act that arrogantly without the power to back it up, just makes the situation messy, plus Cyrus is intolerant towards pointless battles, which makes her defeat all the more guranteed
Lorelei: I'm so lucky he didn't challenge me for my spot because if he did my ice types would have melted on the spot with just the fire produce from that Nine-tails
Pryce is still sweating but is silent
Pryce thinking: I underestimted him because if it wasn't for him not wanting the champion spot, I would have been kicked out when he joined, but he clearly wants Lance to be champion, not himself. I wonder what his ambitions are if he needs help, I'll help. He earned my respect with this fight
Cyrus is standing with is Nine-tails victorus and Clair is on the ground, confidence broken it looks as if Cyrus is casting a shadow she can't get out of any time soon espically with Cyrus's story just beginning. There's more to come than meets the eye.
