Felix's world blurred into chaos.

He was conscious. He knew he was conscious, and yet he wasn't.
When Felix began absorbing the zombie crystal, he tried to slow its energy from rushing into his core. He had learned the hard way during his previous advancement that being hasty yielded the worst result.
Unfortunately, he failed.
The zombie nucleus released its energy aggressively once the first strand seeped into his ability core. The sudden onslaught had caught him off guard before the dark power overtook his consciousness.
Then, Felix found himself standing in the middle where flame clashed against frost. The air shook with thunderous collisions as the malevolent power put him in its hell.
"I'm a human! I'm a human! I'm not a nasty creature like you!"
Felix roared, but the clashing flames and frost quickly drowned it.
