Johan let out a sigh.
"Fair enough. Take these."
He took out two silver badges from his dimensional ring and tossed them to us.
I caught one and quickly inspected it.
There was a small pigeon engraved in the silver.
What a weird symbol...
"Normally, you could only enter that continent after going through an extensive vetting process. But with those plaques, you're allowed to be on the continent for up to a month."
Wiggling his fingers slightly, he emphasized:
"If you're not out there by the month's end, you'll get hunted down by that continent's factions. Oh, and I truly hope you two know the rules."
"You can't freely use Gifts there. Follow the law, act like regular civilians, and... If the situation calls for it, just make sure you don't get caught. That's all from me. Should I mark you two down as the mission takers?"
I smiled slightly and nodded, letting him write our names down in his notepad.
