Essence
The fundamental energy used by both monsters and martial artists.
Ranks
There is a specific threshold of essence a martial artist must reach before advancing to the next rank.
The ranks are:
[1] Apprentice
[2] Warrior
[3] Expert
[4] Master
[5] Lord
[6] Monarch
[7] Saint
[8] Sovereign
[9] Demigod
Note: Upon reaching the Master rank, absorbing essence alone is no longer sufficient; additional conditions must be met to rank up.
Martial Spirits
These are the means by which martial artists use abilities apart from special talents.
A martial spirit is manifested through a martial technique (A martial technique can only be created by a Master.)
The ranks of martial spirits are:
[1] Yellow Grade
[2] Profound Grade
[3] Earth Grade
[4] Heaven Grade
[5] Saint Grade
[6] Supreme Grade
Note: The highest tier of a martial spirit is 9★, while the lowest is 1★.
Titles
Titles are added to a martial artist's rank based on the grade of their martial spirit.
The titles are:
[1] Martial
[2] Profound
[3] Earthly
[4] Heavenly
[5] Holy
[6] Supreme
Example:
An Apprentice whose martial spirit is of the Yellow Grade will be called a Martial Apprentice.
Conduits
These are weapons and armors that channel essence and boost strength.
The grades of conduits are:
[1] Dirty Bronze
[2] Black Iron
[3] Pure Silver
[4] Champion Gold
[5] Royal Purple
[6] Rare Platinum
[7] Epic Diamond
[8] Mythical
Rift & Monster classes
Rifts as well as monsters have nine levels (1-9) each level has six classes.
Theses classes are:
[1] Unranked
[2] Normal
[3] Abnormal
[4] Hell
[5] Abysmal
[6] Extinction
Note: Each Monster class consists of three types of monster units; Mob Units, Elite Units, and Boss Units. The only exceptions are the Unranked and Normal classes, which do not have Boss Units.
