"Caught it!" Jasmine exclaimed, her voice filled with unconcealed excitement.

Jasmine hugged a variegated carp nearly half a meter long as she emerged from the water; the variegated carp was still struggling ceaselessly in her arms, its tail beating against her chest and arms painfully; a fish of this size had considerable strength and was incredibly slippery.

To hold onto this variegated carp, Jasmine currently looked very disheveled, her whole body soaked, her dress clinging tightly to her figure.

The fish spear originally used for hunting had disappeared to who knows where, floating somewhere; currently held in her hand was a rough, earth-brown coat.

This type of fabric was uncomfortable to wear and slightly scratchy against the skin, but it also had advantages: it was tough, wear-resistant, hard to tear, and most importantly, it provided good friction.

The coat covered the variegated carp, limiting its vision and movement.
