What Slav just did made him forget about Loki completely. This is because the fact that Loki is a reincarnation and a full reincarnation at that simply isn't as important as the appearance of a divine-grade Metac.
The fact that Loki is a full reincarnation won't affect him at all unless he tries to capture Loki and extract all of Loki's memories. Unfortunately, he doesn't have the gall to do that, and even if he does, he can't do it because he is currently an instructor, and he can't do something like that.
So the reality is that it doesn't make any difference to him what Loki is. But the fact that Slav awakened a Divine Metac is something that will affect his life in a massively negative way.
The more he thought about it, the more he began to sweat.
He didn't want to have anything to do with Slav, but the die had been cast, and he had to do what needed to be done. So he forgot about Loki for the meantime and went up to Slav.
