Naruto said as he finished the preparation for the Impure Reincarnation Jutsu while also checking his surroundings.
Using his sensory abilities of Sage Mode, he could feel almost any sort of creature around him.
After making sure there wasn't anyone watching his action, he started unlocking the seal on Zetsu's bodies.
He only unlocked two.
After placing them and binding them with chains, Naruto took out a scroll and placed it in front of him.
He used the cells of the deceased on the scroll and then activated the scroll. Suddenly, a large seal appeared below the bodies of two White Zetsu.
And then, it started smearing them with dust and ash, encasing them. Because these were White Zetsu, they didn't scream.

As he clapped his hands, a white light flashed in front of him, and two souls started appearing in front of him.

Once failed, the dust and ash wouldn't have any Chakra to hold their shape and form, and they would disintegrate immediately.
Without White Zetsu, the user would need to sacrifice a real body again and again.
Unless they had dozens of death row prisoners, it was basically an immoral act.
Even with White Zetsu, Naruto felt bad for summoning his best friend's parents' souls and failing constantly.

A bright white light appeared around the bodies of the Zetsu, and two souls appeared above them.
Naruto gritted his teeth as he kept his focus tight, and those souls entered the bodies below.
Suddenly, they opened their eyes.
Seeing this, Naruto sighed in relief as he let go of his palms.
"What's going on? Am I not dead?"
A confused voice rang from the front.
"No, we should be dead. This is Impure Reincarnation Jutsu of the Second Hokage, right?"
Another voice rang. This time, it was rougher.
Naruto saw two people talking to each other, but their eyes fell on him.
"You…. You are Naruto."
Mikoto looked into his eyes for a split second before she instantly recognized him.
Fugaku looked at him with a scrutinizing gaze before he sighed.
"So, it has come to this, huh?"
He looked at Naruto as his eyes morphed into Mangekyo Sharingan.
"Naruto Uzumaki, I will not help you harm the village."
'Especially the village that Uchiha paid for the lives of.'
He didn't say that. He just kept it in his heart.
He could understand Naruto. Being a Jinchuriki was tough, and being hated by others would be even tougher.
Although his parents were bright and optimistic, Naruto wouldn't be just like them after going through the trauma as a Jinchuriki.
Naruto didn't understand what Fugaku wanted to say. He only felt a powerful threat and immediately raised his hands.
Using the hand sign, he managed to lock the body of Fugaku.
"He was planning on using Genjutsu on you, Naruto." Kurama said in his mind.
"I…I can't control my body."
Fugaku gritted his teeth. Even his Sharingan returned to normal.
Seeing this, Mikoto remembered her husband's words and slapped him on the head.
"Naruto hasn't even told us why he brought us here. Why are you attacking him first?"
Fugaku didn't feel pain, but he felt a headache after being scolded by his wife.
Naruto couldn't help but feel speechless as he got reminded of Fugaku's words. He looked at Fugaku and asked.
"Why would you assume that I will attack the village?"
Fugaku felt speechless as he asked.
"You were not?"
"Of course not!"
Fugaku felt the restraint of him loosening a bit. He shook his head and said.
"Normally, you don't disturb the dead for nothing. So, I just assumed you were going to make us attack some people."
"And, considering your life in the village, I thought you couldn't bear it anymore and decided to attack the village."
Naruto rubbed his head and said.
"You seriously have a wrong mind. No, you have a serious ninja mind. Are all serious ninjas like you, or is it just something that runs in your family?"
When they heard that word, they froze.

Mikoto showed a worried look on her face as she asked.
"Naruto, how is Sasuke?"
Naruto cracked a smile and said.
"Still grumpy and angry most of the time, but he is fine."
Suddenly, his expression got serious as he said.
"I don't know why you didn't warn Itachi before. His idea of taking care of Sasuke was putting him in the Genjutsu of Tsukuyomi for three days after his parents' death."
"He has issues, serious issues."
Mikoto's throat cracked as she lowered her head. These bodies couldn't even shed tears, but Naruto knew she was crying.
Fugaku took him a little better and said.
"So, why did you summon us, Naruto? And, how do you know this Jutsu?"
