Black tried to stand up properly as he let go of the chair — his body immediately fell towards the bed, leaving him unconscious.
Cashiero began to knock on each of the four's door.
Black didn't respond.
He's not responding — I should come back later... She thought.
Then she knocked on Meat's door. He quickly opened it. Once again she lowered her head, handing him the VIP three accessories.
"Oh thank you..." Meat replied.
He's so big... Cashiero didn't reply — she simply nodded while Meat closed his door.
She was in front of White's door as she knocked three times. "Agh, who's there?" He said, opening his door. "Oh it's you." He said nonchalantly, scratching his neck — he was not wearing his white mask. "Please take this!" Cashiero said, bowing down blushing. "Ah okay, I guess this is the VIP accessories then." "Thank you." As he got the accessories, he closed the door.
Finally, last door! She thought, clenching her small fist under the accessories.
As she was about to knock, Silent's door had already opened. His lowered face was still covered by his mask.
"Oh hello — h-here's your VIP accessories..." Cashiero said calmly.
He looks the least threatening one...
Silent nodded and he grabbed the accessories and closed his door silently.
As she was about to leave, she stopped in front of Black's door.
He still hasn't opened it... I guess I'll just leave it here.
She put down the accessories in front of Black's door and left, walking downstairs.
[White's room]
"Hmm, what do these three accessories do..." White looked at them, grabbing the first small square — in the middle of it there's a button. As he clicked it, it spread itself, showing a digital screen.
"Oh it's the same thing back then." He grabbed the one with a long metal piece with a bunch of buttons. "I guess this is the controller..."
I expected more... He looked at it disappointed.
As he looked at the last thing — a very small square with a button at the side of it.
God, who designed this lifeless thing...
He clicked it, then on each side small metal pieces gathered to form a holder. The small square gained a digital screen showing a little red dot.
"Is this my location?..." He put it on his wrist. "Oh I can move it." As he moved it, he could see some names and locations around the nation. "I guess this one works..."
Let's see if we can phase with it.
He phased through the wall, grabbing onto each floor — a piece of wood enough for him just to hold — as he reached the fifth floor.
"Wow, I can almost see the entire nation."
He looked at the gadget — it also moved with his location.
Guess this one isn't boring.
He smiled and looked around.
"Hm, almost all the places here look the same — especially with these solar panels on their roof." Then across the way he saw General Nyton walking fast.
"He seems to be going somewhere important." White bit his lower lip and smiled, thinking of a dangerous idea.
"I'll follow him~"
[Meat's room]
"This movie is quite boring... Hm, I should go outside for some inspiration." Meat said, grabbing his mask and putting it on.
As he went out, he looked at the other three doors — it seemed very quiet. Even Brother White is quiet, Meat thought, heading downstairs.
As he was on the first floor, he looked around as he remembered a word from White:
You scared her, dumbass.
I should apologize...
As he looked around, he saw no one but unfamiliar faces. As he was about to approach the front lady, her face was quite strict with those thick eyebrows — Meat flinched.
He sat on a wooden chair next to a table.
This place looks like the perfect place to put some arrogant character, then have someone appear...
He pulled out his small black notebook and a pen from his pocket.
He started to write.
Minutes had passed until a man in baggy loose clothes stood behind him. He was drinking a massive bottle of booze — he had a lean body despite drinking.
"Hah? Wait, you're writing a novel, aren't you?" He said loosely, smiling.
"Ah. Yes!" Meat replied, looking back. As he looked, what he felt was not joy but fear.
Meat and he looked eye to eye. His purple eye had a small pupil with countless circles that went around it — his most noticeable feature was a horizontal scar across his nose. Meat didn't move a muscle. He leaned toward him.
"Hm..."
"Wow, this is really terrible — you're still using this kind of trope?"
"Hm, it looks like you have never read a book before." He said in a calm tone.
What is this feeling... I couldn't move... No, I don't have the will to move.
"I-ist that s-so?..." Meat replied stuttering.
The man looked at him smiling. "I suggest you read this thing called Writing for Dummies." He said freely, wiping his mouth then chugging again from his booze.
Meat began to feel something else — a spiral of emotions. His tears began to form through his eyes yet they didn't drop.
"Th-thank you.!..." Meat's tone changed mid-way through.
Then a few men appeared. They wore the same outfit as him — they were all breathing heavily, sweating nonstop.
"Young master!" One of them said, catching his breath. "You just can't go anywhere — we've been looking for you since earlier!" The man said. "Please let us come with you if you're going somewhere!"
"Agh man, I guess I got caught... Anyways goodbye." He dropped his booze beside Meat and looked back.
"Don't ignore my tips!" He said in a joyful tone.
But Meat felt none of that...
He grabbed his chest.
It's so tight — what did I feel!? My chest... A spiral of mixed emotions...
