As ruko woke up for an late night meal fantastic newfound Powers he had allowed the perfected inferno gem to sit in his stomach and decompose usually it would take up to a good 3 to 2 years for a regular flame gem to show significant changes but already in ruko sleep his inferno organ already changed drastically.
His inferno sac which was originally double layered so when he used a max power fireball you would still have enough enzymes to use a triple shot fireball but after ingesting that perfected inferno gem his inferno sack became quadruple layered and he gained greater lung capacity so basically with that meant was you try and match him in a beam clash you definitely lose.
Not only that his regular short-ranged fire breath has become completely blue meaning any attempts to get close to him for a short ranged strike has become nonexistent as the heat from his flames will cause armor deterioration and intense fourth degree burns complete physical contact may result in mineral made armor being melted to the flesh.

Honestly monsters these days don't have respect or honor for the kill(wasn't bro about to sneak attack him earlier though) ruko looked towards who stole his kill just as the clouds parted from the Moon and what was revealed to him was a strange looking anjanath it was 1.5x as big as it's regular counterpart it's tail quills we're sharper and slightly serrated for doing the bleed ailment and it was born with an high tier flame sac it's fur was white instead of blackish purple instead of its usual pink fire resistant scales.
It had greyed out scales and it's eyes were green instead of the usual yellow it even had a small Crest made from serrated bone and seemed a lot more rational than its cousins hunters have this subspecies well technically deviant anjanath cataloged in their ancient records this was the white-mane anjanath born every 250 years on rare occasions sometimes two can be born at the same time.
Ruko for the first time lost all sense of rationality as the white-mane anjanath roared at him ruko normally calculating eyes turned into sharp slits(he has a regular rathalos eyes but his slits sharpened and his pupil turns completely yellowish Orange) ruko interconsciousness unbeknownst to itself had literally just entered one of the most fearsome turf wars in history when two deviants the terrain is like a piece of paper trying to throw hands with the ocean it never goes well.
As ruko started flapping his wings he barely lifted off he was still near to the ground this confused the white mane anjanath as they believed it was being mocked as it went for a charge suddenly ruko leg lunged out and kicked his opponent square in the face before flying up with a flying dropkick some lore about ruko past when he was young his mother was a professional kickboxer she won three title belts and defended all of them until she died of cancer.
But before she died she taught him how to kickbox very very efficiently he continued his training but after she died he just stopped as it reminded him too much of her but that knowledge remained with him no matter in what life or body may be human or monster as the white mane anjanath is overcome by paralysis within ruko talons being stronger than other opponents quickly breaks free of the paralysis and goes for a tail sweep in order to knock him out of the air.
He flaps backwards slightly as he opens his talons and catches the tail as he starts flapping his wings as he clutches his talons completely around the tail he looks up as he intends to drop his opponent as the white mane anjanath tried its best to stay gripped to The ground by clenching it's feet has the claw marks got dragged through the ground it was lifted off the ground as ruko was about to go higher more than 3.5 meters off the ground 'vice'(that's what we're going to call the white mane anjanath for now for plot reasons I can't keep making up this full name mainly because it adds extra words and I'm trying to keep it like not short but like an actual story not just nonsense) vice realizing his position began to struggle putting all of his body weight into swinging back and forth and wiggling around forcing ruko to drop him square on his thigh doing some damage and getting a tail break(I'll explain how that happened at the end of the chapter).
As vice was about to get hit with a talon drop from heaven he unleashed a fireball knocking ruko out of the sky as he crashed to the ground struggling to get up since he didn't have arms as vice approached for the head ram ruko opened his mouth and unleashed a wave of flames that were blue since vice had his head it didn't do too much damage he tried to push through the flames but was getting pushed back suddenly vice opened his mouth and unleashed a torrent of flames as well Orange versus blue as the two constant streams of fire met in the middle it was like anime beam clash but instead of lasers it was flamethrowers eventually the fires barely canceled each other out causing an explosion sending the two monsters hurtling backwards.
In that fighting ruko ended up losing one of his keratin on the underside of his jaw and his head was also broken while vice body was the part that was broken with the two monsters breaking out of their rabid rampages retreated ruko simply snatched up an young aptonoth that wondered too far from the herd while playing does the paralysis in his talons injected from its spinal cord through the rest of its body and became completely paralyzed therefore it was easier to carry.
As he threw it onto his nest he landed exhausted and hurt but would truly scared him is what happened during their turf war he couldn't describe it as a fight because it was a literal turf war they were so Savage going at each other like caged bears fighting over a piece of salmon what he was truly worried about was what was a deviant doing here I mean yeah he himself was a deviant but he had actual brain power deviants are smarter and their subspecies and original counterparts yes but they're hyper aggressive and stop at nothing to proclaim their territory.
And highly hostile environments they can be seen as regular residence but when it comes to heaven's Haven a deviant it doesn't know it's own limits living here because a huge ecological breakdown for example lagiacrus keeps the ludroth population in check by eating royal ludroth occasionally and even regular ludroth as well with another reason lagiacrus is so important it's because he keeps female mitzutsune away.
Believe the popular contrary all mitzutsune are actually female the male variant are violet mitzutsune they rarely come to populated areas unless it's to breed when they do male mitzutsune are very timid and rarely engage with humans but they release such a potent and far bad smelling odor it attracts females for miles and miles an entire School of mitzutsune taking over the marshland plus the lake it would be no fish or ludroth to resort to in times of aptonoth depletion.
And gravios eats the ants and minerals that grow around the quarry if that deviant were to kill it not only with the populations of ants overflow so much that basic resources for him and azural so just poison toadstools and blazing mushrooms even flare toads would dwindle to very very low supply vice even though and unlikely chance could even scare the aptonoth herds away to a new motherland leaving them with a very minimal sources of food leading to more ecosystem changes that would cause a guild wide investigation across the globe.
Being a hotspot for hunters and that was one thing he could not afford right now especially with tensei and azural is he had a very unique plan for what he wanted to do with them now that he was attached.
Yo yo yo readers it's your author here basically I know I'm going to explain what happens when part breaks occur so what happens is basically when ruko broke vice's tail due to the absolute grip strength and struggle it took her advice to get free many of his scales were torn off of his tail in the process of breaking free from the grasp so part breaks in this story are equivalent to taking massive damage which is why during the explosive tie between both of the deviants they had part breaks happen to them it requires something so strong that it literally permanently puts damage on you.
I also have a few questions I want to ask my readers there's not a lot of you also once again in chapter shout out justagirl_1 thank you for your comment and your intrigue I will make sure to keep it up I just have One singular question should I make ruko aura farm now I am a full on here of brain rod especially 6 7 don't ever get me started on 67 bro I will literally end you.
But honestly we can all agree we have all had characters in our lifetimes may it be in anime or shows you just can't help But watch them aura farm it's been our nature For us to love our favorite characters or villains just to look cool just because they can.
Also if you're wondering I'm going to make another chapter after this one posts it's not going to be as long and the reason is it's just going to be about vice getting even more op and it has something to do with a certain low level Monster that you hunt for your 3rd quest in world and I have a huge request to make for my current and future readers.
Make your oc my major plan is to have the everlasting tree the name of the Giant tree with purple leaves to become rathalosian spire a place where both rathalos and rathian come to live in a community with a hierarchy system and it gives a higher chance for young to survive this is also the best option for sibling pairs.
So what I'm saying is make your OC they can even be elder dragon level you could make a zinogre with a blast element for all I care as long as they're within the rules I'm about to lay out.
1. Nothing above shagru magala level what I mean by that is your OC could be the strongest ever in terms of regular monsters they just cannot eclipse this year Insanity of shagru magala
2. 1 appearance as a elder dragon I will only allow one new elder dragon to come into the monster Hunter universe as I feel like you're giving people the option to create in elder dragon on the level of Fatalis it's just plain stupid because then I'd have to create 18 chapters at a time just to add one overpowered monster that the main character isn't even ready for.
3.if your monster is going to be a low rank monster it has to have a element now before you start questioning well isn't this rule a little overpowered no it isn't because most of low ranking monsters have an element for example royal ludroth it has a water element it doesn't have to be overpowered it just has to be enough to make you feel like it deserves to be better than a minion basically.
