"Not everywhere," Viola replied, her tone noticeably gentler. "The only place you cannot reincarnate is Earth. Anywhere else is fair game."
"Can't go back to Earth, huh…" Ernes murmured. "Not like I had anyone there anyway. And even if I did, reincarnating back would be impossible."
He sank into thought.
Minutes passed. Ten of them.
"…UM, HELLO?" Viola suddenly yelled right next to his ear. "HAVE YOU DECIDED WHERE YOU WANT TO GO YET?!"
"YES, I HAVE!" Ernes shouted back, equally loud.
"Good," Viola said, crossing her arms. "You were taking forever."
"I want to go to the One Piece world," Ernes said.
"Okay—One Piece world, check," Viola muttered, scribbling it down in her notes. "Now, what are your three wishes?"
"First," Ernes said, holding up a finger, "I want screen-based powers that let me show the future and the past of the One Piece world. I want to summon them anytime, anywhere—and as many as I want."
"…Alright," Viola said, blinking once. "What's next?" She tapped her foot, clearly ready to be done with this.
"I want Water Logia powers," Ernes continued, "and I want none of the Devil Fruit side effects."
"That actually makes sense," Viola admitted. "And the last one?" she asked, already halfway done with her patience.
Ernes smiled.
"I want you to be my companion on my journey—so we can spoil the future and past of the One Piece world together."
Silence.
Absolute silence.
"NO. NO. NO," Viola snapped. "There is no way I'm becoming your companion in your world!"
Before Ernes could reply, an unexpected voice echoed through the clouds.
"I see… is that so, young man?" the voice said calmly. "Then I shall grant all of those wishes. Have a good time."
"WHAT—WAIT, NO—" Viola shouted.
A massive flash of light erupted, swallowing everything whole.
