'Vroom'
The sound of the Car echoed around the environment. Mr. Mason stepped on the Brake pedal and the Car stopped instantly. They all logged out of the SUV, with their backpacks.
"Whoa!!.... Cole is gonna gimme all his Money... All of....."
"Coming through!" Cole's voice arrested the rest of Kevin's words. He was seen on top of the horse, like 4cm away from the ground, with Tucker's legs swinging in the air and making a ridiculous sound that alerted almost everybody in the picnic.
"Oh, No!" Percy cried, just as Tucker landed.
"Don't worry, Percy. Nothing happened to it" A tall thin bearded Man, with grey hair and rocky skin, who was standing besides Percy told him.
"But her legs are stained with Mud, Mr. Skylar!" Percy added, as Cole did a Lazy back somersaulting activity, landing into the water bed.
"We will be able to wash it when we get....." Mr. Skylar retorted
"Yo!, I won the race, Kevin!" Cole, who was swimming said to Kevin, whose Face was dark.
"Everyone can have fun. At least, before we play some games!" Cole overheard Mr. Mason's voice. He floated to the top of the water.
"Yo!, Percy, you can come join me!" He shouted
"Coming!" Percy answered, taking off his shirt and trouser and he was only in his underwear. He ran and dived into the water. They swam and had fun for almost 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, they decided to retreat back to the picnic but Cole's Locket was pulled off his neck by the flow of the water. He informed Percy and the both of them swam deep, trying to get the locket but it was sinking down to the sands. They were running out of time but they tried to swim down, crushing floating Vapor.
Finally, the Locket landed on a Rock. Percy swam past Cole and grabbed it.
SLAM!!!
They heard a sharp commotion in the sea. Both of them turned to the source of the sound. Standing there, was a rock, serving like an entrance into another space. It seemed the rock was obstructing something shiny. Giving each other a dead tone look, they managed to push the rock off and indeed, there was a hole there.
Getting inside the hole, was a wide space filled with plants of Ice Crystals. They admired it and managed to pull two of it, pulling it to the top of the water bed.
"Oh, Shit!!!" Percy exclaimed, panting.
"We can't put these things onto the sands. They will melt" Cole said
"True. But let me just freshen up and go get a wheel barrow to transport this to where we can use it for something good" Percy said, jumping out of the water to dry his body up and put some clothes on.
"You can just keep them intact till I come back" He added. Already on his clothes, he walked out into the picnic field.
Coming back with a wheel barrow, they dropped it into the transport medium. Cole fixed his locket and looked around. He couldn't see anybody around. They were all having leisure. The dressed Cole and Percy took the Crystals out of the arena, to a safe and secret place.
They arrived at a Half-Rocky place and Half- Sandy place, which was close to a Cataract. The Cataract divided both the Sandy and Rocky part from a Wilderness, where wild and untamed critters dwelled.
"Don't you think this waterfall is close to this place??" Cole asked Percy
"But we can swim from here to the other side to get more Crystals without any one's knowledge"
"And it's kinda hidden. Not every one knows this place here" He added
They both changed into Overall attire and started working, shaping the Crystals into Ice tumblers.
After a while, Percy stopped and sighed
"Am tired bro. Guess I'll go meet the others. Besides, we have been here for over an hour" Percy added and took off his Overall attire, going to meet others.
Cole, who was still there decided to leave. Before leaving, he had shaped a Mini kiosk with the Ice and put it under one of the trees to prevent it from melting rapidly and also logged the tumblers inside.
Meanwhile, On the way going to meet others, he across a lifeless body, lying on the floor.
It had claws and it was a very dangerous animal — An Arctic Wolf. Cole was heartbroken. He didn't like to see animals getting hurt. He bent down and raised the critter's head, where he saw blood stains, as it was injured in it's right eye.
Soon, a girl spotted Cole with the lifeless animal and alerted everyone and they all rushed to the scene.
After some time, they all began to hear growling sounds, leaking from the wilderness. The crowd pushed themselves backwards.
Instantly, a pack of Arctic Wolves emerged out of the wilderness, coming aggressively towards Cole. They were 4 in Numbers. The crowd stood still, in fear.
"Cole!!" Mrs. Mason shouted, about to go get Cole out of the Scene but was arrested by Mr. Mason
"Don't!"
"Why not?!..... Look..... Look at all these wolves!" She protested
"You just have to keep silent!" And that was all Mr. Mason said
The Wolves walked past Cole and sniffed the dead body of their fellow.
They began to yelp.
"Hey!..... Sorry guys" Cole was trying to calm them down
One of them, which was the biggest of all, began to walk towards Cole, growling and the other Wolves followed it. Cole began to step back slowly.
"Ehh... Yo, guys???" Cole began to stammer. The barking of the Wolves made him frightened.
"Come on!. We have to do something!" Mrs. Mason began to panic.
"Yo!!.... Am not the murderer!!" Cole began to scream. The Wolves used their claws to pull him by the shirt, as he was already on the ground.
Instantly, he blindly pushed one of them off his body. People screamed, as they were confused. No one could do anything.
Cole sat up, as one of the Wolves was about to run to him, set and prepared to devour him.
"Please!!.... I didn't do anything!!" Cole screamed
All of a sudden, the Wolf stalked down and yelped. It walked back, as the others followed it.
"Oh, Cole!" Lenora exclaimed, walking towards Cole
"Stop it!..... You guys have been watching a good movie, huh??" Cole lamented
"It's not our fault!"
"Everyone just stood there and did nothing. Now all you want to do is to come here and tell me 'Sorry'!" Cole shouted angryily
Lenora was astonished.
"But you are injured and it will get worse if not treated!. Besides, you were the one who wasn't afraid of going close to a dead... Dead....."
"Don't give it funny names!" Cole cut in
"Anyways, I don't care!. Just let me be!" He retorted, stood up and walked out of the scene, pushing his way through the crew.
Cole strolled quickly to the tent, sat on a stool, took off his shirt and was about to observe the injury on his arm when Lenora walked in.
"Cole, am sorry..... Like..... I wasn't the only one there. And I couldn't do anything" Lenora Apologized
Cole ignored her and continued to treat his injury with a antibiotic ointment.
"Can't you hear me??"
He still ignored her and focused on bandaging his Injury.
A girl joined Lenora in the tent. She was a sixteen year old and she had grey eyes, black hair, soft skin and she was neither too tall nor too short.
"Lenora, what's going on??" She asked, as she saw Cole's dark face, but she knew what had happened earlier.
"Please, Oliver, help me plead with him" Lenora appealed
"He's saying it's my fault" She added
"But you weren't the only one....."
"Did I say it was your fault?" Cole cut in
"Just forget about it!" He insisted.
Oliver and Lenora left the tent.
After some time of attending to his injured arm, he began to hear people screaming, as the sound echoed around the atmosphere. He got out of the tent, trying to track the source of the noise and in no time, Cole found himself in front of a populace, panicking.
Almost all the people at the picnic was among the populace.
"What's going on??" Percy, who has been in the Ice kiosk, ran toward Cole and asked
"There... There..... Kill it!!" A Girl stammered, as she pointed to a spot on the ground
Looking onto the ground, was a Ball Python. Percy drew himself backwards but Cole leaned onto the snake and raised it.
As he examined the snake, he burst into laughter in front of the crowd.
"Come on..... Kill it!" Voice yelled.
"This is a Non-Biting Snake, guys. A Ball Python!" He exclaimed.
"So, you aren't afraid??" A little girl asked him
"No!" He answered, as he grabbed the critter's tail, lying it gently onto a rock.
"Ok boy. You gotta stay still for some photos". He collected his phone, took some pictures and placed the snake back to the ground. It slitted, wrapped itself around Cole's Leg, unwrapped itself and crawled off. The crowd departed immediately.
"So, you could touch snakes??" Oliver walked up to him and asked
"It's a Non-Biting Snake and it's non-Venom..."
"Okay. We have heard you" Lenora cut in
"But you won't touch me with those hands"
"Ohh!.... I gladly will!" He said and ran toward them, chasing them around, with the aim of touching them with his hands.
"Cole, come on. Let's check out our Ice Kiosk" Percy called out
"We are selling out Crystal tumblers"
They both laughed and headed to their hand made Iced Kiosk.
