In an abandon house between Lily City and Imperial City, three figure sit at the dining table while a few others sprawl at the living room and the courtyard. Each of the guys have a serpent tattoo on their forearm. One of the guy busy typing something on the computer while the other two looking at some papers that been handed to them by a guy that just come into the house.
"Raz, what have you got so far?" the guy beside him asked.
"From our spy in the Imperial Alliance, they send a Lieutenant to Lily City and Epiphyllum Town for some annual inspection. The distraction we cause the other day at Rose City has distract them from our main plan. Rasen, we can continue the next step of our plan after the annual inspection." Raz answered.
"Why didn't we do it sooner?" Rasen wondered.
"I want him to be kill at the scene also." Raz said with satisfied tone.
"Alright then. What our next plan?" Another guy asked. Raz stopped typing on his laptop after he click the enter button. A satisfaction smiles plaster on his face.
"Leader Nacht and Den already review this plan after I discuss with them. They asked us to carry out this plan and make sure the target are eliminate." Raz replied.
"Did they know that you added another target in this plan?" Razen asked to confirm.
"Yes. Pierre you will be in charge on holding Phantom if she appears on the scene. Rasen will eliminate the target while I play decoy to bring that guy to the scene and become another victim of your target." Raz explained to them.
Rasen smirked widely and laugh out loud as he agrees with the plan. Pierre on the other hand still have a thought on the plan that Raz told them. Raz notices and looks toward him.
"If there something wrong, Pierre?" He asked.
"I agree with that plan but how we got to distract Phantom? She's hard to capture." Pierre said.
"When I out to get some information, I accidentally saw her always going to the old mansion not far from the Alliance. But she didn't live there. Only a few members of Imperial Alliance live there including that guy. It seems that she really is close to the tenants in the old mansion." Raz explained.
" So, you want me to cause a scene at the mansion?" Pierre said again.
" Even better. Burn it..." Raz said smirking evilly. Pierre looks into Raz eyes. A smile plaster on his face.
" Hahaha... That's more like it." Pierre laughed out loud.
In an inn at Lily City...
Two men having lunch at the inn's restaurant. They lunch in private room of the restaurant, far from people to eavesdropping their conversation. Both of them are dark element wielder. Both wearing formal attire as they just having business lunch at the inn.
"How's it going, Den?" The other man asked. Den stopped eating.
"Nacht, it is going as planned and we wait the three of them to take action." Den answered. Nacht nod.
"I will make both of them pay. They the one causing my son died. I will never forgive them." Nacht said.
"You mean the Dark king and Elem king?" Den curious.
"Yes. If they didn't become allies that day, victory will be on Dark Legion. Dark Legion will rule over Dark Kingdom and we become the powerful kingdom that will be fear by others. Because they fought together that day, my son killed in the hand of prince of Dark Kingdom and prince of Elem Kingdom." Nacht added. Den just listened silently.
"What about Wind Kingdom? What have their got to do with them?" Den wondered.
"If the heiress of Wind Kingdom kills inside the Elem Kingdom, what will they do?" Nacht asked.
"They will blame the Elem Kingdom. This also can emerge rebellion among the wind clan that stay at Elem Kingdom." Den replied.
"Correct! Let see how they handle this situation even though they have tightened their security on that day." Nacht smiled with satisfaction.
"What it got to do with the extra victim Raz added to the plan?" Den asked again.
"He wants to revenge for his friend that been killed that day. A Lieutenant of the Alliance. This is great opportunity to show that how powerful the Black Serpent is. Killing a Lieutenant means that we also can kill their high up easily." Nacht answered. Den agreed with Nacht.
"For now, we stay low. I don't want to cause any scene that disturb our plan. Tell our members to not highly active at the Imperial city. We don't want to alert them." Nacht ordered.
"As you wish, my leader." Den said and walked out from the room to make a call and distribute Nacht orders to other members.

Night at Noir's mansion...
Noir ended her call that she received from her father with a heavy sighed. The mission given by Cloud is to go back to her hometown and getting information about the Black Serpent activity there while she's on vacation due to the fake marriage proposal. Then another week after that she will accompany Luz as his assistant and send the report to Sir Grey at Elem palace. The call from her father makes both of them speechless. The son of Epiphyllum's Town Baron has come to her father that evening to propose her hand in marriage. The Baron son will come with his family to discuss about the marriage, and her father cannot refuse it as she the only daughter in the family that haven't married yet.
She know the Baron son because they were childhood friend, but she never loves him. What make her wonder is why the duke son want to marry her now after she is rejecting him a few times. If she refuses the marriage, they will remove her mother residency as her mother is immigrant from Dark Kingdom.
Noir walk out from her room and talking a stroll in front of the mansion. Violet and Bleu just look at her without greeting as they still didn't believe that she will be engage. Rosa and Mavi also stop talking when they see Noir walk out from the mansion. Nero stand beside Mavi just stand there silently.
Luz just putting his horse at the stable when he saw Noir strolling around the courtyard. He walks toward her and greeted her.
"So, what time we depart tomorrow?" Luz asked. Noir looks at him.
"I'm taking the early train tomorrow, Luz." Noir said.
"Why?" Luz feels something wrong with Noir.
"I really got engage, Luz. And I'm getting married." Noir said making Luz surprised.
"Isn't it just fake plan?" Luz said.
"No. Dad said the Baron son had already propose and they will discuss about my marriage five day from now." Noir replied making Luz speechless.
"You agree?" Luz asked again.
"I don't want to but if I didn't agree they will remove my mom's residency because my mom is from Dark Kingdom." Noir said sadly.
"But how about me... I love you, Noir... I really am. I know you love me too, right? Is there any other way?" Luz confessed. Noir looks down. She knows Luz like her, and she also feel the same, but what can she do?
"I'm sorry, Luz..." Noir replied with guilt.
Luz stood there silently. His expression looks sad. This is the first time he feels hopeless. He walks away toward the mansion and leaving Noir behind. As soon as he walks inside the mansion, he ignores everyone there and went straight toward his room. He sits down at the sofa with heavy sighed. Nero knock on his door a few times but give up after he tell him to leave him alone. On the other hand, Noir just letting her tears run down her cheeks. Her heart feel ache from the decision that she will make. Scarlet that just come home puzzle to see Noir cry silently. Noir wiped her tears when she saw Scarlet and run toward the stable without greeting her.
Scarlet walks inside the mansion and saw the others talking about Luz behaviour. She ignores them and walks upstairs to confront her nephew. She knocks on his door and open up the door as he never opens his door when she knocks for a few times. She saw Luz staring out the window from the sofa he seated. His gaze feels empty. Scarlet sits beside him making Luz surprised. Luz turned toward her. His tears finally fall down making Scarlet shocked. Luz hugs her tight and cry silently on her shoulder.
"What wrong, Luz?" she asked gently.
"Noir getting married, auntie..." Luz cried making Scarlet shocked and speechless.
