The teachers especially saw the whole thing in slow motion.
"Just learning the Falling Sun?"
The Old Principal was stunned, and he turned his gaze to Teacher Raine, who raised her head to the night sky and stared thoughtfully at it as though watching something interesting.
The Principal shook his head and laughed hollowly.
"A breakthrough during battle is also Impressive."
The Old Principal nodded his head as he stroked his chin. "Give the little guy a lifebean to heal. The little guy may actually surprise us doing the Osympic Test."
The teachers around were immediately stunned. One of them hurriedly said.
"Sir, we have a limited supply of lifebean. What if some of the Elite students are injured during this practice exercise?"
The Principal waved his hand and replied. "If they can get injured by facing just one crippled Sunfiend, they can't be compared to this little kid. Do as I say, don't argue."
The teacher glanced at the other, and they shook their heads.
The man swallowed whatever else he had been planning to say, gave a stiff bow, and turned to carry out the order.
The students who were spectating from above were immediately surprised as they saw the Six-Tailed Purple Serpent collapse heavily to the ground.
They immediately went into a frenzy as they discussed among themselves.
"Should we call it luck or nah?"
One of the junior year students spoke.
"I really thought he was going to die. I'm almost disappointed," another girl said with a laugh.
"Don't tell me he just learned the Falling Sun technique right now?! I learned that skill back in Junior Year 2!" another exclaimed in surprise.
"Isn't he supposed to be trash?" someone else asked, confused.
"I lost the bet! Shit!"
The fellow Senior Year 3 students who knew Vogue personally didn't know whether to feel impressed or embarrassed by the display. Sure, killing three Sunfiends was genuinely impressive, especially given the circumstances. But learning the first move of a Basic Technique for the first time after five years of being in the academy? How could someone possibly have such low comprehension ability?
At the center of the stadium floor, Vogue stood there panting heavily, his body covered in sweat, blood, and dirt. A medical team rushed out from the side entrance, carrying a stretcher and medical supplies. They quickly reached him and began examining his injuries while preparing to transport him.
Vogue 's eyes lifted toward the high table where the teachers sat. His gaze locked onto Teacher Raine, who sat there with that same expressionless look on her face, her massive chest rising and falling gently with her breathing as she stood there.
"Murderer," Vogue said through gritted teeth as he glared at her intently.
Teacher Raine must have heard him despite the distance, or maybe she felt his gaze.
Her head slowly tilted down until her eyes met his across the stadium. She suddenly raised an eyebrow as she looked at him.
Vogue was even more annoyed, and he glared even more at her.
They stared at each other for a long moment, neither backing down. Then the medical team lifted Vogue onto the stretcher and began carrying him away toward the medical facilities.
Even as they carried him off, Vogue kept his eyes locked on Teacher Raine until he finally vanished from sight through the stadium exit.
Teacher Raine's lips seemed to curl up into a shadow of a smile.
In the infirmary was located a few meters away from the stadium, Vogue lay on the medical bed.
The room was small but well-equipped, with shelves lined with various medical supplies.
A Nurse entered and Vogue's eyes lit up as she entered. Her face card was pure 11/10 with golden eyes, pinkish lips and golden hair.
Not to mention her figure, it was incredibly curvy that not even an hour glass could match it.
She hated her body as it always attracted the wrong type of people which was why she typically wears overalls and long coat to cover herself up. But even then her figure couldn't be totally covered up.
He was very familiar with the nurse and knew who she was because he usually gets injured all the time and since he doesn't feel pain, he won't know when he mistakenly step on a shard of glass, sit on a chair filled with nails or even poke his flesh along with his nose.
Which was why he and Nurse Gloria were very familiar with each other.
"Another injury I see." Nurse Gloria shook her head and sighed as she started to bandage him softly.
Vogue's face visibly relaxed as he stared at her face and then her figure. Just her being here was incredibly calming to him.
"Have you looked long enough?" Nurse Gloria asked in mock annoyance.
Levi immediately shook his head. "You know I can never get tired of looking at you. It's like observing a world class paint, you will feel a sense of peace and calmness."
"All you know is to talk sweetly. You can't even take care of yourself." She rolled her eyes and brought out a porcelain bottle.
She opened the bottle carefully, revealing a single bean. The bean was about the size of a normal bean, but it was next black.
"The Principal has decided to grant you a lifebean," She explained.
"You need to swallow it and then enter a meditative state. The bean will accelerate your body's natural healing processes. As long as your injuries aren't immediately life-threatening, you should be fully recovered within a few hours."
Vogues attention snapped from her cleavage to the bean the Nurse had produced.
"Ohh."
He reached out and accepted the lifebean.
He had heard about these legendary items before, back when he first received the original Vogue 's memories. They were incredibly rare, grown in special gardens that required years of careful cultivation. Each bean represented a fortune that most common people would never see in their entire lives.
He wasn't surprised they would give this to him because one, the Practical exercise had been very dangerous, and two, if he didn't recover from his injury and he was transported to that world, he would certainly die, and the school cannot afford to be the cause of a potential Silver Knight dying.
