Chapter 3 - The mystery of the diary

Then Victor began to ask the clown:

"Which journal are you talking about?

When my uncle Ternal died, my relatives and I, along with my friends, searched but found nothing worth mentioning.

His house was scattered, and there was nothing valuable, neither materially nor scientifically."

The clown replied calmly:

"You are lying and evading, and I do not like evaders, and I will start counting from nine.

If you do not tell me what I want, I will kill you."

Victor responded:

"I do not know anything, and I am not lying to you.

Whether you believe me or not, it does not matter. Kill me if you want to do so."

Then from afar came the clown's friend, the werewolf Jack, who stormed the place, smashing the windows, saying to his clown friend:

"You are late as usual, and I do not like the late ones."

Then the clown laughed, and threw him the corpse, saying to Jack:

"Have fun with this corpse, while I amuse myself a little with my new friend."

The werewolf began devouring the corpse, tearing its guts apart, with blood flowing everywhere.

Victor's heart stopped for a moment from extreme fear and terror—the smell of blood, the werewolf's howls, and the clown's evil laughs in his ears, like a saw cutting through his eardrum.

Victor felt terrified and nearly fainted from the blood and the horrible smells.

Then the clown laughed, and used his necklace, saying:

"I will read your thoughts."

He used their necklace, and a strong light appeared, the archive walls were shattered, and Victor could not learn anything useful.

He said to his werewolf friend:

"Alright, let's go, he is useless."

The werewolf said:

"I want to eat him, I am still hungry."

The clown replied:

"Let's go quickly before the leader follows us."

The werewolf answered:

"Okay."

Before leaving, the clown said to Victor:

"If you speak a single word to anyone, I will kill you."

Then the werewolf transformed into a giant creature, with huge feet, long clawed hands, and massive wings. It flew and destroyed the archive's ceiling.

Victor stood there trembling in fear.

Victor began running, falling and getting up, trying to escape the archive library, breathing heavily, until he finally managed to get out.

He rushed to the new emperor's palace.

But on the way, someone wearing elegant black luxurious clothes hit Victor, knocking him unconscious, carried him, and put him in a luxurious carriage, taking him to an isolated place—a beautiful place with a large garden, like a palace.

Victor woke up terrified, unable to stand on his feet. Then the one who kidnapped him said:

"Hello Victor, you finally woke up from your sleep."

Victor asked:

"Who are you?"

He replied:

"You need to rest well, then I will tell you."

Victor said:

"I do not want now."

He said:

"I told you to rest well, because a long path is ahead of you.

What do you want from me?"

Victor replied:

"Then stop talking, if you do not want to rest."

He said:

"Hold this, drink it."

Victor drank it, fearful, then fell asleep again.

After a not-short period, Victor woke up, and the mysterious man was standing above him, saying:

"Right, I have not told you my name.

My name is William Blackpink, and I know you well, and I want to save you and teach you.

What your uncle wanted: the necklaces and the secret journal."

Victor responded:

"What is this journal?"

"It's because of it that I was almost killed by creatures I saw for the first time in my life."

He said:

"Rest now, you are still tired from that incident, and I will tell you how your uncle was killed, about the necklaces and the journal.

You must prepare well, and rest. I will teach you everything I learned from your uncle.

A war is coming, and we must prepare for it, and you are the one who will change the fate of the world."

Victor asked:

"How me?"

William answered:

"This is what your uncle told me
