Chapter 31 - See How You Wrap This Up

"What else could it be! This student is just too outrageous!" Liang Lihua glared at Ye Wanwan and snapped angrily.

"Sigh, Ye Wanwan, it's you again..." Zhao Xingzhou helplessly glanced at the girl in the corner, trying to smooth things over. "Teacher Liang, don't get too worked up. This kid does have her faults, but at her age, kids like to stand out and dress uniquely—it's understandable."

Liang Lihua's expression was unusually serious as she spoke. "Teacher Zhao! This isn't just about her personal appearance anymore! The problem is much bigger now! Our exam questions have leaked! This girl is incredibly bold—she somehow got her hands on this exam's questions from who knows where!"

Zhao Xingzhou was taken aback, his face turning grave. "Teacher Liang, you can't just say things like that lightly! Our exam questions are always top secret—how could they leak? Besides, if the questions leaked, how could she score 0 in math? That logic doesn't add up, right?"

Liang Lihua snorted coldly and handed over all of Ye Wanwan's exam papers along with the ranking sheet to Zhao Xingzhou. "Teacher Zhao, take a look at this and you'll understand!"

Zhao Xingzhou took them and quickly flipped through, immediately looking shocked. "Hey now! Ye Wanwan, that's not cool! High scores in every other subject, but zero in my math—what's that supposed to mean?"

He had originally thought she got zeros across the board, but who knew that except for math at 0, everything else was an absolute high score, and her class ranking was first!

To rank first in the class even with a zero in math—that was pretty impressive in its own way.

Hearing Zhao Xingzhou's tone, Liang Lihua's face darkened slightly. "Teacher Zhao, now do you believe me?"

Zhao Xingzhou stroked his chin without saying a word.

Such scores were indeed too unbelievable for Ye Wanwan, who always ranked dead last in every exam.

"The expulsion notice has already been issued, and now she's caused such a scene. Keeping a student like this at Qinghe will only drag the whole school down into chaos!" Liang Lihua's sharp gaze shot toward Ye Wanwan in the back row. "Ye Wanwan! Get out here right now! Come with me to the dean's office immediately! I tell you, this isn't something that can be solved with just expulsion anymore!"

A question leak—this matter had huge implications!

"Holy crap! Didn't see that coming! This ugly freak actually has some skills! She even got her hands on the exam questions!"

"She got the questions and kept them to herself! Serves her right!"

"This idiot—doesn't even know to miss a few questions on purpose. Making it so obvious, like she wants people to know?"

"This ugly freak is done for now!"

...

In the back row by the window, the boy removed the book covering his face, his brows slightly furrowed as he glanced at the girl beside him.

Things had escalated to this point, yet the girl's expression hadn't changed from beginning to end. Instead, she looked utterly calm, as if taking a leisurely stroll in a garden, her gaze toward Liang Lihua even carrying a faint hint of mockery.

Everyone was calling Ye Wanwan an idiot, and he thought this woman was truly stupid beyond belief.

If she really had gotten the questions, she could have done it more discreetly and avoided detection entirely.

"Idiot! Let's see how you wrap this up now!"

Ye Wanwan heard the boy's disdainful snort beside her. Her eyes, bright as stars, lazily flicked toward him. "No need to worry—my scores this time crush yours, no problem!"

Si Xia was momentarily dazed by the radiance in those starry eyes. When he processed what she had said, his forehead immediately creased with black lines.
