"Okay… that's like every single teddy bear that was on the stand." Straw looked at Berryanna, who was now holding a lot of bears. Looking at her, she couldn't even see her face, just the bears stacked up to her eyes. One slipped and she quickly adjusted her grip. Straw also had to carry the rest like a baby in her hands, the soft fur brushing against her chin, and she was pretty sure Berryanna spent every last coin just to buy all of them. She could still hear the vendor thanking them as they walked away. "So you do love toys. That's kinda cute."
Berryanna shifted, the bears wobbling. "Should we go home now?"
Her voice came muffled from behind the pile.
"I still want to stay, and I haven't seen Lady Diane and her husband Greyjoy. I was thinking you drop the bears in the carriage and we continue our night… what do you say, girlfriend?"
